I wish I'd read these reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered the crappy treat ball Aug 3rd. It is now Dec 6 and I have yet to receive my purchase. I have gone back and forth with them and they have yet to ship me what I bought. I've requested a refund but they say it's too late to cancel or get a refund. Total Scam company.

I bought a seatbelt for my pup and I love it! Now he's free to move around in the back seat and I don't have to worry about him trying to jump out of the car (it's happened before).
I originally ordered from Paw Prime some Doggy Seatbelts after a month still did not receive them contacted them and they stated the shipment was lost in mail and that they would reship the order. They stated it would be another 3 weeks and now we are going on the 3rd month and still no merchandise or refund and now they are not responding to my emails as they did in the beginning I believe this is a fraudulent company and would advise anyone to STAY AWAY

Company is a scam! I ordered 3 items Feb 7/17 and am still waiting for them. I have emailed the company numerous times. Was told that the items were sent but due to strict boarder regulations in Canada that the items were held up at the Canadian boarder. That the items would NOW take 7-12 weeks to ship to Canada. I'm still waiting for my items and the company does NOT respond to my emails or phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!
I spent about $30 on items and never received them. I emailed them about it more than five times, never once did I get a response. Spend your money elsewhere, this site is a straight up scam!
Took a month and a half to receive the sleeping bag dog beds. They came from China, were a different material, size, AND brand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I live in Italy, and i ordered two LED collars and two seat belts. Shipping took three weeks to arrive. I love the items i received. They work perfectly! Would definitely recommend!
If I could give a rating of zero stars I would! Placed an order with this company July 1st., HAVE NOT RECEIVED product. Contacted company several times and NO RESPONSE. Tracking number I received when order was placed, does not work. If I would have read all the negative reviews for this company, I would not have placed an order!
I live in Okinawa, Japan and recently ordered a couple of V2 collars and leashes and I love them! Very reliable and by far my favorite gear for my dog.
I waited for over a month for the ball. I got a damaged Item and there is no one to talk to. I sent a picture, as they asked and since then they disappear. It never happened to me before.
I order a car seat belt For my dog. Very hesitant in how my dog would react to it. Great success. I love the material on this product. My dog responded well to it.
After opening the package of my order of a medium, black treat ball, I noticed at it is damaged! It is dented on one side of the ball, so it doesn't roll! The material of this item is very thick!

Why? Because they are from China! I ordered on June 9th and of course they tell you because they're soooo busy with orders that it may take up to 3 weeks, well mine took almost 2 months and when I finally got a tracking number and tracked my package it showed this "July 3,2017, 7:56 pm Processed Through Facility ZHENGZHOU EMS, CHINA July 2,2017, 10:34 am Acceptance CHINA" Regardless the order they sent me was also wrong and I have had no luck emailing them, though they was happy to respond immediately before. So now I will also be escalating my complaint to PayPal and letting them deal with it.
I ordered the leashes, seat belts, and seat pawtector for my Huskies. The shipping was pretty quick. I got my stuff in 7 days. Legit site with lots of cute things for cheap and great products!

Answer: File a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal, if that's what you used. Doubt you'll get your items unless you can miraculously manage one of them to reply to your phone calls or emails. You won't get your item, but atleast you'll get your money back.
