i feel like i have been scammed by pawprime also. any advise on how to get my items .

File a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal, if that's what you used. Doubt you'll get your items unless you can miraculously manage one of them to reply to your phone calls or emails.
You won't get your item, but atleast you'll get your money back.
