I own multiple LED collars for my two dogs from PawPrime, and they have become an absolute necessity for out night walks! I live in a fairly new neighborhood where there aren't a lot of street lights or paved sidewalks so needless to say, it can get pretty dark and hazardous walking our dogs. These collars have definitely made a positive impact for people driving on the roads to notice us and for the safety of my dogs and myself.

We placed an order over 2 months ago and still haven't gotten our products. Customer support phone number is disconnected and email support sends reply's promising delivery days that don't actualize. Save your money and research company's information! I've made a mistake in trusting their professional online appearance which is exactly what it is a fancy shell without any substance. Still no product delivered, nor refund. Robbery!

It took over a month to receive my product. The only response I received to my inquiries was after the product was finally delivered - no personal message, just a standard "your package was delivered". The product was smaller than described and did not fit my dog. I have gotten no response at all on how to return it. Now their phone number is disconnected. Highly recommend NOT giving them your business or $.

I ALSO wished I did some research before I bought my Tricky Treat Ball because it's been months and they still haven't sent the product! I've emailed them but a representative - or what I'm guessing as an automated message, emailed me back saying, "Thanks for doing business with us!" They didn't even address my concern! When you call them, all of their options to lead to voice mail, which they never reply to. Spread the word! This place is a scam!

I ordered a dog bed on 12/11 and I started emailing them after Christmas I did get two replies that said my dog bed had shipped and they were tracking for me. I called 800 # and it is disconnected. I plan to dispute as soon as credit card bill come later this month. I emailed a third time and told them to just be honest with me and I would look for dog bed elsewhere. I did report their ad on facebook. I just wanted the truth no lies.

How does a company continue to have a website taking orders, facebook page and continues to send marketing emails when it's clearly a scam company. No phone number is working, chat doesn't work, no emails are returned no facebook messaging return. I ordered dog bed on 12/10th and nothing but an auto email saying it would take a little longer but 2-3 weeks. No one is existing on this company but the head Scammer who has taken everyone's money and acting like a pet company. HORRIBLE. They need to rot!

I placed an order for 2 doggy seat belts on June 6,2017--- still have not received either order. I have place numerous phone calls to their customer service line with no return call back as well I have sent 10 emails requesting information and have had 3 replies with information that was not acceptable or helpful.we are now going on 3 months since order was placed and money taken from me for payment.

Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a single LED dog collar from this company website in NOVEMBER. 6 months later it has not arrived and they have completely stopped responding to me after the 12 week time frame they told me it may take to arrive. I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for them to contact me. They have stolen my money, I don't actually believe it is a real company but rather a scam exploiting people who want to provide safety to their pets.

Did get my item weeks later than Christmas. From a mid Nov. Order. Not good quality. If I didn't bug the hell out of them I don't think I would have gotten it at all. Also first year I've bought items that pop up on FACEBOOK. I suggest you don't unless it a well know company. Two of the 3 items I've bought from ads on FB I have either NOT GOTTEN or really crap. One of which is a charger for my phone DOES not work. Something missing and again the company will not respond! These are fly by night rip off sites. FACEBOOK need to clamp down on them..

This company is UNBELIEVEABLE ordered an itme mid nov. For xmas well xmas in 4 days still not here and even worse they do not answer phone all u get on each Every occasion is voicemail they do not reply to emails. They do not reply on FB nor Twitter fact they block u. I ordered my item was taken out paypal all I want is my items I asked various dozen times to simply 2 day mail it. Since apparently they don't know w da f they are doing. Well wind up is im out money NO item. But my god never saw such and low class ignorant company. Customer at least should get COURTESY of a reply they sure take your money really quick though. Avoid them chewy.com is fantastic I should never have even thought to use this crap company. Probably scammers for holiday fly by nite company! Pure ignorant I agree with a few people on here as to "SCAM"

3 and a half months ago I ordered two toys and paid for shipping. They said it would take 2-3 weeks. I still haven't received them or heard from the company so I emailed them and provided the order number. Lily S. Responds "Thanks for your patience"; completely ignoring my question and not offering any sort of information on whether I will actually receive the toys or a refund. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.

I ordered the treat ball also--- over a month has passed-- no order. If you call, you get a recording machine--- they don't call back. I've called a few times, left phone messages, to no avail. My June credit card statement shows that it was paid for. Tracking shows it in China! ( a few weeks ago!) I give it zero stars! (but I'm forced to give at least one to leave a review!

Total Scam. I ordered 2 seat belts and 3 collars, got the seat belts after hounding them for them, but never got the collars. Calling just goes to voicemail, emails are ignored. I will keep spamming their emails until I either get my money back or they send the collars. Don't bother ordering through them, you won't get anything and it all comes from China anyway. Stick with Amazon if ordering online, they will at least fight for you if you don't get your product.

Received my treat ball today. Took over one month because they are made and shipped from China. Ordered the "large"~~it is smaller than a softball! Mine arrived in an plastic envelope; not a box, therefore it was crushed flat on one side. Impossible to repair. Since it came from China, I will not be giving it to my dog. PawPrime keeps deleting my reviews on their web site and Facebook. Be suspicious; they only have great ratings on their web site; no rating under a "5".

They didn't fulfill my order after an 8 week delay and didn't even respond back to the credit card company when I filed a claim. Credit card refunded my money but what a waste of time and energy. Do not order anything from PawPrime; total scam.

I ordered 2 LED collars at the end of October and still have not received anything. I had contacted them multiple times and they are useless. I requested my money back and they refused. I have contacted PayPal and they havent done anything either. I dont have $20 to waste just like a lot of other people on this page and I just cant believe that they are getting away with it. Sorry sorry company...

It took escalating my claim via Paypal. They never responded to e-mail. They did not respond to dispute via PayPal. Over a month later I did finally receive ONE product. The treat ball which is very cheaply made. Thankfully I got it free and just paid shipping but it's not even worth the shipping I paid. It's dollar store quality cheap plastic and my puppy has already broken it

FYI if you search the products you can find everything on Amazon for way cheaper.

I just received my LED dog collar. I was nervous about not getting it, but I did receive the item (it took a little under a month). However, a piece of the collar is broken. Having a hard time contacting them regarding a replacement. Customer service could definitely be faster at responding.

Ordered a dog collar. Supposed to be Xmas themed with LED lights. A very poor quality plain black one arrived. They asked me to send a photo ,which I did & then after several emails from me, no further response from them. False advertising!!!

I ordered 2 seat belts (which came about a month later) and a collar which I never received. I emailed customer support, got a very nice answer that it had been lost in transit and they would re-ship. Two months later, still no collar. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money refunded. DO NOT give this company any business. They ship from China, and some of the products never arrive.

I have waited almost two months for the seatbelt leash that I paid $10 shipping for, emailed them and they asked for my order number and then 8 days later told me it will arrive in a few days. I'm extremely angered by this because I ordered this less than half way through the summer because I have to leave my dogs behind for college and I wanted to take them on more car rides. Now they say it will be here less than a week before I move. By that time it will have been 2 months.

If i could give a minus 5 rating, I would. I ordered 2 of the automobile seatbelt-leashes. It took over 5 months to receive them. There is no customer service: they do not answer a single phone call and e-mails are vaguely answered... if they are answered at all. The blame was placed on me for an incomplete address, which was not the case as proved by the confirmation of the order. This was far from an acceptable consumer experience!

Ordered a dog seatbelt and never received the product. I called and there is no actual people, all of it is robots telling you to leave a voivemail which I did. Emailed no response. Emailed & called them for about 2 weeks now and still no response. Horrible service! Even called USPS and they said it got shipped back to China. That they didn't put a legible address all of it was in Chinese.

Just like the other reviews on this site, order product, paid for it, waited 2 months and no sign of it. I don't know whether they are lying about the tracking number or not, but either way it's not worth the bother when there are other more reliable companies offering similar products.

Also I have negatively reviewed their products on their website and they definitely aren't posted them, very shady.

I bought one of their treat balls for my puppy it took weeks to come and when it finally arrived it was cheaply made of hard plastic it took her all of 2 hours to destroy it I have been emailing them once a day for the last 2 weeks and have not had a reply. I am now going to post this on facebook and anywhere else I can they are a dreadful company don't waste your money its all crap from China it even came with a Chinese lable of the envelope.

They ship direct from China. Quality of product is poor. They took my money over a month ago and didn't ship the item until I requested my money back and reported them to PayPal. I also posted a message on their Facebook page, but they deleted it. It appears they must delete all messages people post on their page, as none are showing. I purchased through their Facebook Ad - just pay for shipping ($12). The product is much smaller than expected and made with cheap plastic. I'm not sure I will actually give this to my dogs as I've heard of products from China having harmful chemicals in their plastics.
