I have had some problems I've voiced to CHEWY.COM for a year but primarily DUE to the MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OF KAYTEE bags birdseed but I give for the most part KUDOS to this company they have time after time send me replacement bags for the spilling/breakage of this product that is one kind my birds take to. I have had issues that I had to call or write numerous times with a suggestion that the bags Doubled BAGGED to prevent seed falling all THROUGHOUT my home. You don't want to see the seed. Under chairs steps hallways. Etc etc. i frankly don't know how they ANY SITE (we had petsmart deliver broken bags also) sold this product with seed splitting the bags at top or bottom! But again they are very helpful. They listen and on one occasion and I've read elsewhere. U might get someone who will do something of out left field WONDERFUL. Send u a drawing of your pet. Or as I read donated food to a shelter for a pet u lost. This is one of few companies that run by HEART as well as by their pocketbook. I have negative review on KAYTEE on keeping that product out for almost a year with DEFECTIVE BAGS. Knowing it.

Did get my item weeks later than Christmas. From a mid Nov. Order. Not good quality. If I didn't bug the hell out of them I don't think I would have gotten it at all. Also first year I've bought items that pop up on FACEBOOK. I suggest you don't unless it a well know company. Two of the 3 items I've bought from ads on FB I have either NOT GOTTEN or really crap. One of which is a charger for my phone DOES not work. Something missing and again the company will not respond! These are fly by night rip off sites. FACEBOOK need to clamp down on them..

This company is UNBELIEVEABLE ordered an itme mid nov. For xmas well xmas in 4 days still not here and even worse they do not answer phone all u get on each Every occasion is voicemail they do not reply to emails. They do not reply on FB nor Twitter fact they block u. I ordered my item was taken out paypal all I want is my items I asked various dozen times to simply 2 day mail it. Since apparently they don't know w da f they are doing. Well wind up is im out money NO item. But my god never saw such and low class ignorant company. Customer at least should get COURTESY of a reply they sure take your money really quick though. Avoid them chewy.com is fantastic I should never have even thought to use this crap company. Probably scammers for holiday fly by nite company! Pure ignorant I agree with a few people on here as to "SCAM"


Past yr 1/2 have been torture as to BILLING problems and Humana either no help in resolving Explaining nor a go between I feel like I spend months working as a 4th party w/ no paycheck. U never get same person w/issues so you have to repeat issue to dozensss reps. I've had multiple bills I wound up paying due to either doc/billing coding errors or doc listed as NOT IN NETWORK when they definitely ARE. Or doc walking in a hospital room & billing as a office visit. To no avail but u pay it or get sent to COLLECTIONS. The services are not bad yet the cust serv the CONSIDERATION & LACK OF HELP on problems is Huge and a reason I will not keep this useless insurance next year. THE should change the tag "HUMANA DOESNT CARE" they most definitely just side with the docs & business scamming of health system and lack of any empathy for its customers. I gave it 2 stars not 1 only due to the good of the basic program. Vs horrible cust help & issues that develop.


Bought used car, needed service day for display problem but same time found out car had 2 tires dry rot, wheel locks on w/no key! Other service company had to break, oil had not been changed dirty & smelled burnt, no manuals. Nav in car outdated we wound up replacing not usable w/today's tech & sirus etc no tuner. To their credit after giving a hard way to go & bit of rude attitude. Having provide proof of tires they DID give a check for 4 tires (tire brands did not all match). But this should not have happened as it questionable how or if they serviced this also low balled on our car which told would be sent to auction yet put on lot for double what they gave us. So i'd be careful as to used vehicles make sure completely checked out luckily the service station still had tires to prove the bad shape of tires. This deal is hr + away made for a lot of stress being during the first week of having the car w/ all the problems & made us question what else might be wrong. We paid for a check by other service station & hopefully all else is ok. Fingers crossed.


New site is way too confusing, find it difficult to upload photos other than one at a time I do not like or know how to drag them! I'm making a mess with multiple albums with same pics. Im completely fed up. If I don't get this thing I will say the hell with it and go with one of the other big sites. Hell with this they had a good site. Outside of the option of multiple devices I don't see why the change. I HATE IT
