I ordered a dog bed for a Christmas gift on 11/2817. After 2 weeks of no response for shipping info I started calling and emailing. No one ever picked up the phone and no one responded to an email. I sent a 2nd email last week and I was a little more aggressive. I finally received a response but I still dont have the product. It is now 12/22. I went to buy another gift at a local pet store. Safe time, money and aggravation and DONT patronage this type of company, Shame on them.
I ordered a large treat ball for my German Shepherd. It took over a month to arrive, and then it was way smaller than I thought it was going to be. I promptly put treats in the ball and gave it to her - in 2 minutes she had torn a hole in the ball and I had to throw it away. I got my toy "free" and only "paid for shipping" - it still feel like I was ripped off. I will never buy anything from them again. They shouldn't be allowed to sell dog toys as any dog could choke on the plastic after they tear it up! Horrible product I'll stick with Kong toys!
I ordered 3 different size/color dog beds to the tune of $103.83. I get an email a week later saying they will not arrive for 2-3 weeks due to demand. I sent email requesting refund. I receive no answer. Now I start researching the company and read all these reviews. I am heart sick. I start email and calling Paw Prime. You never get a live person. You can only leave a voicemail. I still have not received a return call. I received an email today they will check on the status of my order. I have filed with PayPal to get my money back. Then I am filing with California Attorney General (Paw Prime claims located) and my state attorney general. They should not be in business.
I ordered a lighted Christmas dog collar and I received a cheaply made seat belt tether. Beware do not order from this company. 2 calls and 3 emails later and still no response from this company. But they sure do continue to send me emails wanting me to buy more things from them.

Ordered a dog seatbelt and never received the product. I called and there is no actual people, all of it is robots telling you to leave a voivemail which I did. Emailed no response. Emailed & called them for about 2 weeks now and still no response. Horrible service! Even called USPS and they said it got shipped back to China. That they didn't put a legible address all of it was in Chinese.
I ordered the doggy seatbelt and they sent the wrong color. It took a month to receive the seatbelt because it's made and shipped from China which is not stated anywhere on their website. After contacting them they agreed to replace the order for the correct color. After waiting another month I received the replacement order, however after opening the package it still not the correct color. I have tried contacting them again, and they are now ignoring my calls and emails.
Sham! Ordered one a month ago and then they shipped me a medium ball instead of the large one that I paid for $10.95. When I emailed them they said that with Free Promotional items that they take 3 to 4 weeks. Then when I explained to them I purchased the large one, they kept beating around the Bush wanting me to prove things. I will never do business with this company ever again. Please don't buy from these people. THEY ARENT TRUTHFUL. Oh and you can't call them. They won't answer calls.
I ordered a shipment in June and was told by the USPS that they could not deliver the package because the address was unreadable. They sent the package back to the warehouse. Paw Prime customer service said that they would repackage and reship right away (this was in July, now). Since then, I have been told that they would reship on three different occasions and that they would email me within 2-4 days with tracking information. They have yet to give me tracking information despite my following up multiple times and just keep telling me that they will reship the order. Don't order from them! Ever! Under any circumstance!
I have also been scammed by this company. They went as far as to send me "tracking information" that says it was delivered to my mailbox, but there's nothing there. I will be reporting them to every possible website I can, including the federal trade commission and the bbb.
I also ordered over a month ago and have not received the paid merchandise. I have emailed and no reply. Inalson called on their phone line at every extension only to receive voicemail and no return calls. This company should be under investigation or labeled as a fraud alert!
I ordered my hats months ago. Never received a tracking number. Contacted them for it and they said they would find. 4 weeks later nothing so I asked again. They blamed another department. I asked for a refund and they say they are getting the shipping number. I asked again and they sent me this in response to my complaint - Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your business! This company is a total scam and only there to take your money and then cut contact.
I ordered my dog's bed in November and still don't have it. The number is disconnected as well. I tried email and did receive a reply but still haven't received the bed!
Several weeks after I ordered I finally got sent a confirmation that my shipment, of a dog tether, had been sent out with a verification number to track it. Tracking number doesn't work so when I sent them an email about the tracking number not being an existing tracking number they sent me a form letter that had nothing to do with my question saying they were going to adress in the concern and I've heard nothing since. I've had this exact same situation happened with a phone cover company, and everything is exactly the same. When I finally did get my phone cover almost 3 months later after I had ordered it it was not at all what I had ordered and it was completely useless. It was actually just an envelope that was made out of plastic with no windows or access to the phone. I expect this will be along the same lines, if I actually ever get my dog tether it will be garbage and not at all what I had ordered. Don't waste your money.
I never received my doggie seatbelt from paw prime. Thankfully I placed my order through PayPal so I was able to get my money back. Their costumer service sucks. When contacting them about when I would receive my order after 3 weeks I got a response stating that they sent me an email with a tracking number. This didn't help considering nothing would come up. I waited awhile longer and they never responded so I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back fairly quick so I'm guessing this isn't the first time this has happened with this company.
I live in Japan and ordered a couple of collars and leashes. My dog and I absolutely love them! Very reliable and great for night walks. I received all my orders in a timely manner and had no issues with the products.
Where is my order?. What a rip off. When you call all you you can do is leave a message. And they don't call you back! Been over a month. They gave me a tracking number but that doesn't give you any real info.
Do not order from them. It is a SCAM. Address in Corona 1900 aviation is the corona police substation on the corona airport base. Drove here today to check on my order. Leave a message is all you get when you call the 800 number. SCAM.
I had ordered my harness in February. Its now july and never received. I got tired if it so i sent an email. My email stated in the subject line"thinking about lawsuit" and in the message read i have not received my item in 4 months i want my money back now or i will sue. Got a message 2 days later and got my refund the same day as message
Simple point: Ordered and received tracking number; USPS stated the package was undeliverable as addressed. USPS is sending it back to the company. I contacted Paw Prime after waiting several weeks and furious about this mailing issue requesting a refund. After 3 emails so far, specifically requesting a refund, there's been no response other than offering to reship the package (dog seatbelt) which will take another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous and I think, like the other comments, that this company is a scam! I ordered the seatbelt on a promotion of only paying shipping & handling of $9.95 - I wish I never did this. I'm reporting them to the BBB. The posts on their website include no negatives (that's a huge problem).
Reading the comments here only further my belief that I've been bamboozled. I'm angry... this company should be ashamed!
Answer: File a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal, if that's what you used. Doubt you'll get your items unless you can miraculously manage one of them to reply to your phone calls or emails. You won't get your item, but atleast you'll get your money back.
