Ordered mom and me dresses May 17th - finally received on June 9th. The dresses received were a completely different color then what was shown in their online catalog. For the child's dress a 6-7 was ordered which according to their size chart is an x-large. They sent a small, which is for a 4-5 yr old. We decided to keep both dresses. I emailed them and advised I would pay for another child's dress but asked for assurance that the color sent would be the same as the one we received and also asked that they expedite the dress at no cost to me as it was needed for a trip in early July and they made an error when they sent the wrong size. The person I've been emailing apparently doesn't read my comments as her responses never address the questions I've asked.
After 5 days of emails I've finally give up. I've asked for a call back and am completely ignored.
AS THEY SAY BUYER BEWARE. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered the mommy & me dresses on Apr 30. Being aware that it was coming from China, I've been very patient. I was tracking the order, patiently awaiting the dresses for my daughter & I.
Yesterday, I checked the tracking and realized that my order had been delivered on May 30. So it took a month, not too bad for a package from China!
I had the package sent to my job, as I live in an apartment & they tend to close before I make it home. Today when I arrived at work, I checked w/ reception to see if my package was there. It was not. I also physically checked the packages that were waiting to be picked up. It was not there. I emailed PatPat to find out what was happening. Where did you send my package? They told me to contact USPS. I was already one step ahead. I'd already contacted them. The problem is that PatPat did not list the address correctly when it was shipped. I looked at my confirmation to make sure that I had given it to them correctly. I did. I screen shot it & sent it to them so that they could see that they left off something very important, according to USPS! They left off the suite number. So my package was delivered to some front desk / reception in this office building, but it was not to suite 800! So I wrote them back and advised that the issue is not with USPS! The issue is with PatPat! That's just as bad as leaving an apartment number off when you send a package to an apartment complex! How is USPS supposed to know where the package is supposed to go unless you give them the information! Now PatPat is not responding to my emails! The phone goes to a voicemail box that advises to email! Basically, this place has stolen my money... I paid for a product, asked them to ship to an address & they did not send it to the correct address! So now it's my issue to hope that USPS can find out where the carrier delivered the package to & hope that whoever has it will be honest enough to return it! I'll NEVER order from this place again! If you do, you are taking a huge risk because they make a mistake they won't make it right!
This website has stolen photographs from my personal website, and is using them without permission. The first problem with this is copyright infringement. The second problem is that the item they are advertising for sale is an item I hand make myself, with items that were discontinued some time ago. I can't imagine what product they would send the customer if the item was purchased, as it certainly wouldn't be what was shown in the photos. Sadly, the company is thus far refusing to remove my copyrighted images from their website, despite the fact that it is illegal for them to use the images.
I wish I read these reviews before hand. This has been a horrible experience and I have yet to receive my order. I was told I cannot cancel as it is in "transit" It has been in transit for 3 weeks! What can you do about this?! My credit card was also over charged (no not the exchange rate) and when I followed up, they won't address this.
I placed my order on May 5th with expedite shipping & never received the order. When I called all I got was an answering machine. I sent an email it took three days to respond. I requested to cancel my order & I have not gotten confirmation. I wish I would have read the reviews.
I placed an order two weeks ago and it has been in processing ever since. The company will not respond to my emails. There is no other way to contact them. They took my money though. Horrible customer service!
I have been waiting over a month for my order and when I contact them they tell me 3 more days till it ships but it never happens. Don't use this company. Go somewhere else. It's not worth it.
Ordered 2 items on Mar 12. It is now Apr 12 and no items, no response from customer service. I really wish I'd searched for PatPat online before I ordered.

I ordered a mermaid swimsuit in a "5T". If it were sewn properly, it would have probably fit my 9 month old neice. We held it up to her and to her clothes. It was very close. Also ordered "3T" boys vest and pants. Better sewing quality, but the strangest sizing I've ever experienced. Wide enough waist to fit a seven year old, very quickly tapered to fit no one, and about the length needed by a 5 or 6 year old. Ridiculous. Emailed them, no response. Posted on Facebook. No response. Do not order from this site.
After 6 weeks the order has not arrived and the tracking number provided by PatPat doesn't work. After many emails exchanged with customer service, they have failed to provide a correct tracking number or even to tell with which carrier the order has been sent. They also refuse to refund and I must "kindly wait for the items to be delivered then you have the option to refuse or accept the package. We will then process refund accordingly."
So, in order to get a refund I need to keep on indefinetly waiting for an order that will probably never arrived: S
I ordered $144,00 worth of items about 6 wks ago. Happy I didn't pay the $15.00 for expedited shipping because that wouldn't have mattered. Convinced they have nothing in stock & are using our credit card to float the business. Couldn't produce 1 item within a 7-10 day turn around. When confronted items were cancelled as unavailable. I received emails stating they would check with their shipping dept product ready to ship. Then email the shipping dept would be sending that week (3 weeks ago) feb 4 email stating it is in China at some post office. I'm furious. They credited $5.00 for the inconvience. These were supposed to be xmas gifts. I offered to go to Mt. View to pick the items up. Obviously that wasn't going to happen. I would love to know how much money they are taking in on credit cards and people are waiting 2 months paying interest waiting. They are purchasing at cost with no money out of their pockets. My mom & sister also ordered. We received an email "shipment delayed because Chinese New Year last week so they weren't shipping" Wait but you said it went out that week. Please anyone down for a class action law suit email me *******@gmail.com I am fed up with bull$#*! companies doing this to people who believe in online shopping with small merchants. This hurts all small merchants in the long run.
I ordered shoes for my daughter and still haven't delivered them. Emailed the company numerous times to be given the run around. It's been a month, just about and I will never order again! Please save yourself the aggravation and don't bother.
I ordered a product on PatPat.com on 11 December 2016, hoping it would arrive before Christmas, or soon after. It is now 14 January 2017, and I have not received it. Apparently products are warehoused in CHINA, and this item spent over two weeks in customs. USPS tracking shows it may be headed my direction, but I won't hold my breath nor purchase another item from a company that has such a cumbersome supply chain. If you can't wait several weeks for delivery, I would recommend you purchase that item somewhere else.
