This is the first time ever I write a review 'cause I'm so disappointed and angry with PatPat's services! I ordered a dress for my daughter for a wedding. It arrived after 4 weeks (!), a week after the wedding, even though I wrote before to PatPat several times urging them, stating my reasons, and had been in contact with the customer service. They replied promptly several times but still nothing changed! Eventually, based on customer service's advice, I refused to take the dress and I asked for my money back as 1. The dress was way too late for the wedding, 2. So I had to look for and buy another dress hastily in the last moment. I NEVER RECEIVED my MONEY BACK to this date (3 months after) and haven't heard of PatPat ever since!
The sad thing is that I've read several negative reviews about PatPat before ordering but the dress seemed so pretty that I decided to trust PatPat's service despite the bad reviews. I shouldn't have... Don't make the same mistake!
They were quick to take $74.95 from my account yet I am still waiting for my order since 6-weeks ago! Customer Service number goes straight to an answering machine and they don't reply back to you!
Extremely bad company. This company is a fraud. I have ordered clothes worth 39$ from them on 27th August 2017. It has been 10th October today, around 45 days plus... but i have not received the order yet and no proper update from them I've been following up with their customer care regarding the order status but there is no satisfactory feedback from them. The only feeling I get from their response is that they have no intentions to even ship the order from their end. After rigorous follow ups their customer care responded by saying that they have refunded my amount... but to my dismay, that is also fake... no refund has been received so far... This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life. My money seems to have just got lost somewhere... No credibility. No trust. No service. This company sucks. Please do not get into the trap of the beautiful products they show on Facebook and other social marketing media...
Ordered over $100 in baby items on 9/10/17 for baby born 9/9/17. Order shipped 10/7/17. One item cancelled week ago due to no longer available. Baby has outgrown an item ordered! Ridiculous. Will never order from them again.

Ordered my daughter's birthday dress from this website in July, after spending $60 they sent me wrong delivery. Unfortunately I was away for 3 weeks and couldn't check this package. But as soon as I found out I have contacted customer service, and Ms Deneisha from customer service has replied saying 'sorry for the inconvenience caused, I should have made this complain within 14 days after delivery. So I cannot return. Even after explaining that I was not in the country and most of all that the item was completely different than which I have ordered, they were not even ready to exchange the item. Total DISASTER. Please Be Aware
Worst company ever! Do not recommend! I've ordered two dresses that were available at the time I ordered and never got them after more than a month... got an email saying they were out of stock and cancelled my order. I gave them another chance and ordered three more items... after a month and half, got another email saying the items were out of stock and they had to cancel my order again... now thx to them I got no dress for my friends wedding and I have to search everywhere to try to find a summer dress in fall worst customer service ever... worst inventory on a website DO NOT ORDER! And once you write a bad review on their facebook page, they are automaticly block you from their page and delete your review so that people dont see the bad side of them... BEWARE, BIG TIME SCAM!
Be careful! The information that you see on the website is wrong, i bought about 15 items and all of them seemed available, immediate i receive an email telling me that they don't have my order because of high demand. I have been writing with the support area and they tell me that they will do something but they never give a safe answer. I am very disappointed and I would never buy anything from PatPat anymore.
Dont ever buy, they make you fools. They take money and say they do not have products and despite you telling them either give the order or money back they only return 1/8th of the amount of the order. Total hoax site. Beware. Horrible and cheaters
Took 3 months to get HALF my order, even though when I emailed it was always "on the way". I emailed to just cancel the rest and was told that I couldn't as it was ready to be shipped. That's been 2 weeks. They're slow, the clothing is low quality, and customer service is non existent. I would rate a negative 5 if possible.
Absolutely atrocious experience. I ordered some items in July... it is now the end of august and they claim to still be processing part of my order. Whilst communication was ok... they just kept repeating that they were processing my order and that would take 2-7 days (it had beeen more than 4 weeks) and that delivery would be 4-6 days after that. I still haven't got my items as they have now decided to cancel the order.
Terrible! I wear XL, but ordered XXXL, Still too small. Wife is a size 0, ordered a small, still too small. Son is youth 4, ordered kids 5-6, still too small. The outfit also is different from the one pictured. These are not quality clothes. They are cheap fabrics that are incorrectly measured and throwm together.
Deducted 10 k extra from my account as they had information. Cheat. Be ware

I have write two times to customer support but nobody is answering so I have no idea what happened with my order. Do they have a telephone number, there is nothing on their site. They suck badly!
This type of company pops up regularly. They steal images and listing data from reputable places like Etsy to set up a fake but genuine looking business with one purpose in mind... TO STEAL YOUR DATA. They want your credit card information because it is VALUABLE. Don't fall for this typle of scam. It's dangerous. They will stay active for around 6 months and then disappear having gotten all the info. They need.
I ordered something in the beginning of June to wear for 4th of July. After 3 weeks I contacted Patpat and was told it was on it's way. Nothing. Then I waited another week and contacted Patpat again and was told the same thing. Nothing. On the 4th of July I asked for my money back and she would *NOT* reimburse me. She told me to be patient and (for the 3rd time) wrote, "Were still experiencing some growing pains as our little PatPat baby continues to grow and evolve as a company. Thank you for graciously sticking by as we continue to grow our PatPat community through all the bumps in the road. We appreciate your business and value your loyalty as a customer.". It was a cut and paste from a previous email (it was a diff color). Do not trust them with your cc.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 2 items on their website May 31,2017. They took the money from my bank account almost instantly (the next day or two). After several days of trying to track my order online it just said "processing." So, I tried to call the number, no body answered. Contacted customer service via e-mail and inquired about the "processing" status. It was at that time I was informed that the items that I ordered are "back ordered." That's funny because i wasn't made aware of that at the time of purchase but they sure did take the money right away. After hounding them via email because they refuse to answer the phone, I finally get appropriate tracking info. Problem is my order is still sitting there and hasn't moved. It arrived June 7,2017. TODAY IS JUNE 21,2017. This company is full of s***! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Everyone giving in them 5 stars has to be out of their f****** minds! I have NEVER dealt with this before. A real store, like Nordstrom informs you that the item you wish to purchase is on "back order" and they give you an option if you would like to continue. NOT Pat Pat. They just take your money, give you the run around and they will send you your order when they want to. I wish there was a way to post all of my email correspondence with them so you all can see the level of unprofessionalism, excuses and bull s*** they talk about.
