They just play time with very promising emails, "system error", "request is placed in order", "bank issue"blah blah blah... For 5 weeks and i still cant see refund happen

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Don't do it. They steal your money and it takes 6 years for delivery.

My items were delivered as described. It does take about 2-3 weeks to receive your order, but they clearly state that on the site so I was already aware. When tou get your order, everything is packaged individually in clear bags that has a little zipper at the top. I thought that was a good idea as your items will not get dirty during while in route

Yes! My daughter is 17 months and I been buying clothes, shoes etc, from patpat and I have neve had a problem with shipping, yes it may take 5 to 10 days specially now with the pandemic but you will get your order, I totally recommend!

I ordered 4 weeks ago... still waiting. Like others so much my misinformation. Weird delivery routes... FedEx then USPS tracking numbers! I'm going to report them to BBB! Also with PayPal.

Patpat is not worth your time. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this business. Their business is shady, false shipping and delivery policies, poor customer service, and overall a pain to deal with. By the time people get the items they ordered for their kids, they don't fit anymore because of the length of time that it takes to deliver them.

Save your self the trouble and stay away. This is not a business that should be allowed to do business in this country... too shady, dishonest and over all fraudulent.

Hey! I was in your situation, but I contacted them via email at service@patpat.com and received a response right away. I told them if I didn't get my order before Christmas I would want a full refund and they agreed, but said they would try to get my order to me in time. I received my order within about 5 weeks. I can see from the reviews that many people say they don't get a response or don't get their order as quickly as they want it, but I didn't have a problem.
