I ordered the 6 piece sand castle toy set. Upon opening the box I was happy to find nothing was broken and the sand set was enclosed in a net bag. The items were clean and didnt have a smell. We will definitely use the items this summer at the beach
The first item I ordered was a Peppa Pig swimsuit for my two-year-old in patpat.com. The package took about 17 days to arrive which was a bit long, but since the items are coming from China, I think thats about right? The brand was Novatx and the swimsuit came wrapped in a plastic bag. The swimsuit was totally cute but immediately I could tell it would be too big for Kiki. Sure enough, it was baggy on the bottom but I believe it will fit well next year. Its really cute and Im happy with the product.
I keep seeing such negative reviews, and I feel bad for this company. It may be (is) a Chinese company, and yes it takes several weeks to get your order. But the clothes are actually as cute as advertised, well made, and well worth the prices. Ordered about mid October. My order included some Christmas items. I hadn't read reviews yet when I ordered, and after I did I was horrified. I emailed them via *******@patpat.com and received a response right away. I told them if I didn't get my order by December 10th at the latest, I would want a full refund. They agreed to give me a refund if I didn't get my order in time, but said they would try to get my order to me by the date I specified. I received my order by just after Thanksgiving. Everything was adorable and fit as expected. On the pajamas, yes the women's run a bit small. Order a size up. If you're larger than, say, a size 12... you may be out of luck. Use caution and order with that in mind. I ordered an XL and it just barely fit and I'm a size 10. The baby clothes were sized as expected. The flannel on the pj's looked a bit on the cheap side, but most things looked like they cost way more than they did. All the items looked very well-made. The baby deer jumpsuit was ADORABLE! My 5 month old got SO many compliments!
Obviously everybody can have different stories/experiences. I have placed 2 orders with them now, and have been very pleased. I've gotten a LOT of baby clothes, and all of it has been good so far. The second order came quicker than the first, in maybe 4 weeks. But definitely allow plenty of processing/shipping time.
I ordered a bunch of stuff from patpat.com and then happened to read these reviews. I was horrified, and so afraid I would never get my order, or that the clothes would be awful if I did.
I was pleasantly surprised. I got my order in about 5 or 6 weeks. Not super fast, but in time for when I needed it (I wanted everything by about Thanksgiving to wear for the Christmas season) and before my baby could outgrow it. So I'm happy.
Some of the fabrics weren't the best (the flannel on my pajama bottoms beaded up after one wear), but most of it was very cute and good quality. The deer outfit was ADORABLE! My 5 month old got so many compliments!
UPDATE: I had thought the sizing might run a little large at first, but when I tried it on her, everything fit just right. So, since the sizing was better than I at first realized, I have updated to 4 stars.
I will be ordering from Patpat.com again.
P.S., after I read all the bad reviews and got scared that I wouldn't get my order, I emailed their customer service and just flat-out told them that if I didn't get my order by the date I wanted it they would need to give me a refund. They responded right away, and were very courteous. They assured me that they would do their best to get my order to me asap, and if I didn't get it when I wanted it, they'd give me a full refund.

I cancelled an order right after I placed it. PatPat's customer service team confirmed in writing that the order had been cancelled, but refused to refund the charge and stated that I would need to dispute the charge to receive a refund. This business is a total scam -- Facebook should pull advertising for this merchant given the number of customer reviews complaining about products not received and deceptive business practices.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered in hopes of delivery before Christmas. 3 weeks exactly. 10 days in they were still processing. Recognizing that they were never going to be here in time I contacted them via email (no phone contacts were available) to cancel this order. They responded 5 days later- after it was shown it was now being shipped. That it has been processed and unable to cancel. I am STILL fighting to return these Christmas Pajamas I received on DEC 28! Items shipped directly from CHINA! BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered 5 pairs of Christmas pjs for the family to wear on Christmas Eve. When we opened the pjs on Christmas Eve one pair had the zipper sewn so it could not be used. The pull for the zipper was only sewn on one side. So the pjs were of no use. I contacted the company the same day and they refuse to refund the money for the product and stand behind their quality. They received pictures of the items with showed it was a defective product, but still refused to refund. This company has terrible customer service and their products do not meet the quality standards they claim to have. Do not buy from this company!
Overcharged me £62 and won't reply to comms or refund me. Sizing is a mess and quality is poor. Size labels or on outside of tops! Don't go near these guys.
Ordered 6 pair of Christmas pjs. When I received them I checked the labels to be sure I got the right sizes. I gave them as gifts on Christmas Eve and not one pair fit. I immediately emailed company. When they responded it was with sorry we cant help you.
The company address says CA but product from China. I compared all three sizes against each other and they are the same. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

They held our package in the warehouse days after I ordered. After 20 emails from us the company decided to ship it. Weeks later still no package NO CHRISTMAS PJS.

I just received a package of 13 baby clothing items from Pat Pat. There is so much WRONG with this clothing, I hardly know where to start. I have thrown everything in the garbage.
The workmanship is of a very inferior quality. The clothing is ALL misshapen. For example there is a size 9 month pair of pants where the waist is 4 inches across in diameter which would be even too tight on a newborn! The fabric is cheap and very thin although the photos on the site are misleading. The seams are sewn very badly and this is clearly visible. Threads are hanging off the clothing everywhere. There are long sleeves, one wider than the other on a smaller shirt and tops that are way to wide for their length. Most of the clothing that is marked 9 - 12 months would be an odd fit for a 2 - 3 year old. I am so disappointed in this clothing. It is only good to be used as rags. Keep away from these scammers!

PatPat is a scam site, so stay away. Ordered christmas presents November 3rd, haven't gotten them December 18th. Checked tracking and found the shipment was in Singapore (I live in Scandinavia). Contacted customer service, and didn't get a reply, however they deleted the tracking information.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! My order took a month to come. I measured the child that I was ordering for yet when the dress came it was FAR too short. When I contacted the company they offered me a 50% discount if I kept the garment. I declined. They then offered me the dress for free. They asked me to give them a good review in return for a £5 voucher off next order. No chance. Quality was really disappointing. Glad to get refund but needless to say I lost the postage cost. Never again!
This company is terrible! Do NOT waste your time. So in November I ordered Christmas pajamas for my baby's first Christmas. They sent me an email stating that the processing time is 5-25 days plus 15 days of shipping! I still haven't received my order. If I had seen the processing time I wouldn't have ordered something for Christmas.
My order doesn't even show up in the order tracker! When I ask about my order, they send the same response twice. They didn't even take the time to see that someone else had already sent an identical message. When I asked them to cancel my order, they said they would only give me a $5 refund! Who wants Christmas pajamas in January! They also take a long time to answer messages. Don't waste your time, order from another site.
I ordered in September. Turns out 3rd party delivery company tried to delivery in October, but needed to verify address. I was never contacted. Then in November, PatPat emailed saying parcel has shipped, here is tracking. TRACKING STILL SAYS ITS ON ITS WAY. IN DECEMBER. I bypasses PatPat and went to the delivery company directly. They have cancelled the delivery, stating unable to deliver. I've given them my complete correct address, and they say they will post it. I contacted PatPAT and they just gave me the speech about things can be slow etc etc Then they told me to contact the 3rd party delivery company. That should be their job no? So still haven't received by package and am appalled by the customer service and lack of any quality from PatPat.
IT IS NOW 11 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS AND IN OCTOBER I ORDERED CHRISTMAS PAJAMAS FOR MY FAMILY. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM.
I made the mistake of ordering from here before I noticed the 7-30 day processing time for an order. I immediately tried to cancel the order because I figured I wouldn't get them in time for Christmas. Every time I email them with the request to cancel, they write me back saying to "kindly wait a few extra days" for them to ship. I write them back saying "no thank you, just cancel the order." It's been going back and forth like this for two weeks where they won't cancel the order and ask me to be patient. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I couldn't get them on the phone. This has all been through email. This company is terrible and probably a scam.
