When designing my Patio I was wondering n what type of Patio Umbrella I should go for. My Husband recommended to go for the white round Patio Offset Cantilever Umbrella and believe me once we did the installation of the product I could actually see the audacity and authentic beauty that it did to my Patio.

Broken Umbrella

Warranty

I purchased 3 umbrellas for $386.49. Within two months they are completely faded out. Yes they say they will replace them but want another $120.00 to ship them. That crazy! No place in the Warranty does it indicate that you would have to pay shipping and $40.00 for a 7 foot table umbrella. Are you kidding me. Don't buy here.

I ordered a patio umbrella from this site after reading good reviews (that the company posted themselves). We decided to spend much more money for the product in hopes of getting a superior product, which is what they advertised. When the product arrived, it was in NO way free-standing, as it showed in all of the pictures on the website. I used their online "customer service" feature and the person on the other end told me if the umbrella did not stand on its own, it was because I put it together incorrectly. After 20+ minutes of back and forth - mainly on my end, because the other person was taking was too much time with his responses, he finally told me to contact sales on Monday. I did just that, and spent more than two weeks of emailing them and waiting days at a time for responses. They immediately offered me a 20% refund if I would keep the product. I think that says they recognize they sell inferior product that is misrepresented. Since we were going to have to purchase weights to use on the base to keep it upright, (even though it is supposed to be free standing) I told them I felt I deserved more than that. They offered me 30% and I finally agreed, assuming they could send me a refund via check. I mentioned that in each and every email I sent - as I used a pre-paid visa card to purchase the product, and the refund could not be credited to that card. After weeks of emailing them, I finally received a response of "the refund has been credited to your account" - when I responded to that email, immediately, their only response was "contact your credit card company". They have since refused to respond to me.

We purchased 150 lbs of weight to attempt to make the umbrella free standing. The base of the umbrella is so poorly constructed, weighting the base simply began to bend. So I know have $150 worth of faulty, misrepresented product, and a refusal to make a refund, even though they offered to do it.

They make horrible product and have even worse "customer service" avoid them at all costs!
