I placed an online order on Sunday and cancelled it with 15 minutes. PatioLiving emailed me the next day to ask why I was cancelling to tell the manufacturer. I promptly replied to that email. PatioLiving replied that they reached out to the vendor cancellation once the vendor cancels they would refund me. 2 days later, I received an email confirming shipment of my cancelled order. Explain this me? On hold now how 21 minutes & their LiveChat doesn't work. I will never order anything from PatioLiving and would suggest others stay away from them.
PATIOLIVING.COM does not allow people to write reviews on purchased items. I purchased OW Lee Luna dining set, reached out to PL for delivery update, NO RESPONSE. Then when I got the set supposedly is American wrought iron but had stamped Chinese lettering - contacted company and they replaced one chair no cushions, i said ok. Noticed later 2 more chairs had this. Whatever. Then after using, noticed that the chair arms rub under table and scrape off finish. My guests are constantly ruining this set just from normal use.
Avoid this set, avoid Patio Living.
I ordered a product from Patio Living and UPS attempted delivery. UPS reported that Patio Living gave the wrong address. I corrected the address with UPS. The product is still not delivered. Patio Living claimed the address was correct and to contact UPS. No help from Patio Living customer service. See Brad A review of 7/5/18 on this site. Same problem. The department should be called "Customer Disposal" not "customer service".
We have been getting the run around for months regarding the delivery status of our order. We are tired of being lied to. They won't let us cancel without deducting a restocking charge - on an order that hadn't even been fulfilled! They have our money (thousands of dollars!) and we don't have our furniture. We never get to actually speak to anyone who knows what's going on. We are filling a complaint with the BBB and considering legal action.
I purchased and paid for a patio table on March 17,2020 I am still waiting for it and had to e-mail twice to ask when it would be shipped. It finally shipped on May 11 2020 and still do not have it. I certainly hope I like it when I finally receive it. Poor poor customer service!
I ordered a patio table from patioliving.com and they haven't delivered. They blame the shipping company and want me to work it out with the no-name shipper. They threatened to charge me restocking fee and shipping on an item they failed to deliver - they offered no apologies, no trying to make it better. I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. This seems like a scam. Avoid this seller!
I spent 400.00 on an umbrella. Patio living refused to give money back or to send another. I researched umbrellas and thought they were made to last. They are definitly not. The umbrella is to heavy and not enough support.The umbrella fell an inch from a womens head. They are very dangerous.
Quote online system misleading. Be sure to speak with a representative to explicitly set up custom fabric orders. They will charge you restocking for matching with a 'like' color, instead of explicity stating they don't have the fabric you want available. You can avoid the fee if you buy another order, but you are out of luck if their selection doesn't cover the fabric you want.
Ordered two of the same item and they sent one correct and one wrong. Contacted Customer Service two weeks ago and still don't have an RMA for the incorrect item much less what I ordered. They wanted a picture of the wrong item, sent that. They claim that they can't get an RMA from the manufacture (I don't know if they stock anything), how is that my issue? All I want is the correct item that I paid for. I think I have 6-10 emails over two weeks with them. It is crazy land. I don't know how they are in business to be honest. I will have to charge this back with Visa and explain to them my story. My advise is stay away. If you have any problems with your order, good luck.
I took delivery of two chaise lounges last week. One was badly damaged - likely at the manufacturer, since the box and packaging was fully intact. I have attempted to call Patio Living repeatedly - they literally NEVER answer the customer service phones. I have emailed them repeatedly with photos of the obvious damage, and have not gotten a single response.
I have never left a negative review online before, but think that Patio Living's post-sale customer care is literally the worst I've ever encountered. I'm out over $700 on a broken chair, and it looks like that is where this crappy story ends.
STAY AWAY FROM PATIO LIVING.
I purchased a Lloyd Flanders patio furniture set with Sunbrella performance fabric. Less than a year later the fabric on the ottoman and chair was covered in mold, mildew and dark stains whereas the sofa in the exact same environment is in perfect condition. Clearly, there is a quality flaw in the fabric. After bringing this issue to their attention, their solution is for me to purchase all new cushions to the tune of +$700, after paying close to $3,000 for the ottoman and chair to begin with? No replacements, no discount. I believed I was purchasing high end, high quality product. I was fooled.
Wouldn't answer my questions. I would call and they would let me ask my question and then hang up! And then wasted my time by putting me on char and when I called again they would hang up. I just wanted to understand delivery... horrible customer service...
We ordered a patio table that arrived on June 10,2020. There were a few bolts we needed to assemble it that were missing. We contacted the so-called Customer Service and have been jerked around since then. It is now July 23,2020 and the table is still sitting in pieces on our patio because we can't get the jerks to send us the bolts we need to assemble it.
When you call Customer Service, you wait on hold FOREVER while they direct you to try the Live Chat feature. We tried the Live Chat today, at 1:30 pm, EDT and the Live Chat said they were closed now. Please contact them back during normal business hours. What are normal business hours, if not during the middle of the day during the week?
I purchased an expensive fire table. They delivered the wrong color, specifications and not leveled. Attempted to contact them by phone. Numerous times, waited over three hours only to be connected to numerous people who said I would be contacted, well I'm still waiting! The worst customer service ever, and merchandise. Kit, Tiffany, Rae, Kayla and Latisha, imagine getting scammed by on online company and see how you feel about it.
DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have been trying to contact someone for 3 months regarding an incorrect order delivery. I immediately canceled an order and STILL have not received my $3,000 refund. They then charged me AGAIN and still delivered the incorrect furniture. I have spent hours of my life trying to discuss with this company with every time being told this will immediately get resolved and I will be contacted within 1-2 days. This has NEVER happened. Save your money and frustration. This company still owes me over $3,000 and has never delivered my correct order.
Ordered deck furniture with a delivery date of May 27, it arrived August 8 after numerous calls and delays. 2 of three couches were damaged- bent iron legs and arm of couches. This was reported, a month has gone by, someone is supposed to pick them up and nothing. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK, THIS COMPANY HAS PROBLEMS WITH GETTING THINGS DELIVERED, AND WITH DEALING WITH RETURNS AND ISSUES. Most of their reviews which are poor are centered on these two issues. Received two products from PatioLiving.com. Both appeared to be "seconds". Items were picked up 10 days later. Its been 17 days since they were picked up and still no refund. Have tried calling on 3 different occasions. I was placed on hold for an hour plus each time and then disconnected. Tried using their live chat online... same results. I emailed their Customer Service and the response I get is, "Apologies for the delay. Your refund will be issued shortly and a confirmation email will be sent once processed." I never received any more emails. I finally turned this over to my credit card company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-NONEXISTENT! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE. SHOP ELSEWHERE. DELIVERY PERSON DID NOT WEAR A MASK AND REFUSED TO ALLOW INSPECTION OF BOXES AS REQUIRED BY PATIO LIVING. AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY. AFTER AGREEING TO A FULL REFUND THEY ARE NOW CHARGING A $500 RESTOCKING FEE ON $1800 OF MERCHANDISE. ANYTHING VERBALLY DISCUSSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. BAD BAD COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

Ordered patio table/chair set in April, got delivered last week. Long delay, but coronavirus to blame at least in part, so okay. But problem is the TABLE IS WARPED so it's uneven and wobbling. Tried contacting customer service by CALLING, CHATTING and EMAILING - NO ANSWER!. Waited on hold an hour on both phone and chat feature, before giving up and sending emails on more than one day to their customer service email address. STILL NO ANSWER. I paid over $2,200 for dining set and this is what I got. Would not ever order from them again.
