Ordered two of the same item and they sent one correct and one wrong. Contacted Customer Service two weeks ago and still don't have an RMA for the incorrect item much less what I ordered. They wanted a picture of the wrong item, sent that. They claim that they can't get an RMA from the manufacture (I don't know if they stock anything), how is that my issue? All I want is the correct item that I paid for. I think I have 6-10 emails over two weeks with them. It is crazy land. I don't know how they are in business to be honest. I will have to charge this back with Visa and explain to them my story. My advise is stay away. If you have any problems with your order, good luck.
