Horrible Follow up with Customer Serivce

I ordered two Pool Umbrella's with the bases, the bases were the main reason I ordered these particular umbrella's. However, they delivered 2 boxes and my daughter signed for them. Yes, she should have possibly looked to see that there was supposed to be 4 boxes but not knowing this advance I didn't think to tell her to do that. The next day we opened the boxes and noticed no Bases were included. I chatted this this company immediately and by the time I got passed around to the third person all she said was that she would be in touch with the date they would be sent.

I have waiting too long to check back in and today when I did, this is the result

I called the day after our order was received due to missing both bases to these umbrella's. I was transferred a few times and the last gal on the chat said that she would let me know when they would be sent out and she never came back. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and thought I would receive a call or an email and nothing. Right now I'm using 8 concrete bags to hold these large umbrella's down around a pool area and I'm over it. Please let me know that these bases are being sent out immediately.

Thank you and just as a side note. I actually chatted before ordering these to confirm the color was not Black (since BLK is in the item code) and I was told no they are Sage. Just and FYI they are Black!

International Home Miami has stated all 4 boxes (2 umbrellas/2 bases) were signed for so unfortunately we would be unable to process a replacement order

No there were only 2 boxes all together. My daughter signed for it and this is absolutely bull$#*! if that's the case! There were two long boxes and how would she have known that there were 4 boxes. So who stole the bases, your company or the delivery service. Who do I need to contact to continue this besides my credit card and everyone else. We are a Business ourselves and this is horrible service if this is the case! Refer me immediately to someone high that I can take this up with please!

Everything was signed for good & clear, I am very sorry we cannot assist further

As you can see I'm not happy, especially since I am a business owner myself and would NEVER leave a customer hanging and empty handed like this. So, now I have 2 Umbrella's with 8 bags of concrete holding them down around a $150k pool area. This customer service is horrible. They didn't even give me the info to contact the delivery service!
