Is there no way to be contacted by management? I have requested contact 7 times, that's correct 7 times.

Not that I know- customer service just gives you the run around and tries to keep your money.

Same negative experiences here. I've reached out via chat, message, and phone call and am told I'll be replied to but never am. I've asked for a manager and not been passed to one. They keep trying to blame FedEx.

No. They put you on hold and the last time I waited I just got more ringing sound and I waited another 5 minutes and finally hung up. They are the worst! How do they stay in business?! They must frustrate so many.
