The part I needed came and the video provided with the order was "spot on". I despise doing any kind of work where water is involved, plumbing or washing machine in this instance. Honestly, it was so easy and quick. I didn't even have to curse, not once!

I ordered parts to repair my washer after watching a video on how to repair. Parts were recommended and ordered. The wrong parts were sent in three different shipments. Parts were mislabeled. Parts were just not the right ones to fix my washer per the video. Going through the process to get money back. Almost $100 for two screws and two small hinges for the washer lid. Not a good experience at all for me.

I am very pleased with using PartSelect for a replacement of a gas burner knob for my dacor range. The original part is no longer manufactured and PartSelect directed me to the closest replacement that was excellent. I wish I could replace the other 5 now. Much better replacement.

My heating element went out on my GE oven. I was able to locate the model # of the oven, called them gave them my model #. They said they had the part, asked me how i wanted it shipped overnight or ground. I had delivered to my house in a day installed it and was back in business.
