I have done some work on this dryer before and knew what to do, all I needed was the heater core. I knew what to do. Received it promptly.
I bought some replacement electric stove drip pans for my mother & even though they were a little more expensive because I bought them to match the brand of her stove, Whirlpool, they were excellent quality & the delivery only took 3 days! It might have been only 2 days, but it said 5-7 Business days so I was thrilled to get them as quickly as I did! They were easy to install, as I have installed many new electric stove drip pans in my lifetime & they fit perfectly. I would recommend this company 100%!

After figuring out what caused the dryer to stop working I found PartSelect on line. Not only was it easy to find the (new) parts that I needed to order the price of them were a lot cheaper than what I expected. I'm happy to write this review because I found the company representative who I spoke to so helpful. I had originally ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator from Amazon- but the part that I received was the wrong piece- it didn't fit. So I did a search and found PartSelect. All I had to give the person I spoke with was the model number of my refrigerator and a description of the piece that had broken. He immediately knew exactly what piece I needed and told me it was guaranteed to be the right part- if it didn't fit they would happily take it back-but it wouldn't be a problem he said. He was right. I received the part a few days later, installed it without a problem (actually my 12 year old son did, in a manner of minutes) and problem solved. I was actually just thinking that I wish I remembered the guy's name so I could put a good word in.

With the country being shutdown it was a bad time for my dryer to go out. I wasn't sure what to do but partselect.com really came through for me not only did the part come in a speedy manner but they included a video to help me figure out how to do the repair. I really appreciated this and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
