Looking up parts is easy. The only problem I had was some of the items shown were very hard to see. Bad picture. To light to really make out if it was the part needed. Pricing was okay.

This is the second time this year we have purchased a part from partservice.com. The first was a motor for my beloved Dyson Pet vacuum, the second was a lint filter for my Frigidaire dryer. I ordered a part for my Maytag drier at the beginning of March and it is still not here first week of April. It has been in Jacksonville Fl for a while now and the phone line for customer service is always has a higher call volume than it can handle. What does that indicate?!

I am the family handy man that gets called on to help with mechanical issues. I have used PartSelect 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years. The part selection pages are easy to use, the right part gets pulled and delivered quickly. The prices are in average range, and the how to videos are high quality.
My 20 year old washer needed a knob because the old one broke and it was almost impossible to start it. I ordered what I thought was the right one but didn't read the description carefully. The knob didn't work, so I called the company and their return process was simple. I re-ordered the right knob, watched the video and installed it. It was about a fourth of the cost of the one I thought I needed, and it installed in about 2 minutes and works great!
Our Whirlpool combo fridge/freezer is 17 years old. Thanks to PartSelect we've kept it alive that long. Recently replaced the ice maker (2nd time in its life), the capacitor (2nd time in its life) shortly after the ice maker and just today the thermostat (1st time) control. There would be no way to accomplish this without their videos since I am not in the repair business, but their website has helped me diagnose and order the right part over the years. Still much less than a new one. This past time ti was one thing after another over a 3 month period, but back up and running, hopefully for another 5-10 years. The thermostat was the most challenging 45 minutes, capacitor less than 10, ice maker 20-25 minutes. Also, at one time replaced the water controller - don't remember how long that took, but fairly easy.
After sending an email asking about the part to my stove, the response I received was perfect. It had the correct part number and the correct price. So I ordered the part and it arrived when it was supposed to. I installed it in less than an hour and was happy to see the clock working again. This part also controlled the oven and broiler. I was going to purchase a new oven if the part didn't work. Thanks for saving me the cost of a new oven.

My friend was unable to come over for a few weeks to install the motor I purchased for my dryer, and when he was able to, we realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong part. In attempt to return and order the correct part, PartSelect would not authorize the return since they were holding strong to their 30 day no return policy. Poor customer service if you ask me.

When my dishwasher rack adjuster broke, I went to the Part Select website online and located the correct replacement easily. It came two days later, complete with an instructional video and a Torx bit for tightening it once it was in place. It took me a bit longer than in the video to get all the pieces correctly oriented and positioned, but once I had they snapped easily into place. That was two weeks ago, and it's worked perfectly ever since.
Part fit exactly as described. You tube video showed exactly how to replace the part. No hassles, no problems and job was completed in less than 15 minutes. Would highly recommend!
During the weekend I was searching for a dryer timer and knob on the internet. I eventually came across PartSelect and thank goodness I did.
