I have needed parts for several large kitchen appliances and have been able to find them easily on PartSelect as well as links to instructions on how to install them. It has saved me a lot of money in avoiding appliance repair services.

The bracket holding the top rack on our dishwasher was falling apart. Ordered the replacement kit. The video didn't have instruction for completely removing the broken bracket, but given that it's a kit that's compatible with multiple models, that might not be doable. The instruction to install the new bracket was extremely helpful and made it a quick, easy job.

The correct part shape, size, and functionality was received. The fact that the part was described as stainless but shipped as plastic was concerning. The installation directions linked to the part were for the wrong dishwasher and a completely different docking port design. No end of research on the site gave me any joy or sense of accomplishment.
