It was easy to install and I now have ice when I did not have before. Perfect fit, right part. Good for a DIY person.

I figured out the Water Inlet Valve might be at least part of the problem with getting the icemaker to work, and watched the video on your site. When I got the part, I was able to install it in only 10 minutes because of the video. The price was higher than other sites, so I gave you 4 stars instead of 5, but I am happy with the service.

When you need a part for a dishwasher- you need it yesterday! Thanks to your company, the correct part was at my door in 48 hours.

I ordered the wrong part they quickly reimbursed me and got the correct part out. All of it was done online with in days.

PartSelect had the part I needed, and even with the virus kerfuffle, got the part to me in a reasonable time frame (about a week). Part fixed the problem, everyone's happy.

They charged me for the wrong part, I didn't need 2 of the same part. I ordered 1 door bottom shelf and 1 middle door shelf, but they sent 2 bottom shelves. So $50 wasted and No Returns

I ordered a part for my top rack on my dishwasher and they sent me a part for the bottom rack. After three emails they said they sent the correct part. The part they had was mislabeled and it was big wheels, obviously not the part for the top rack. Did not answer my phone calls or emails.

I had to repair the outer glass of a GE oven which broke recently. Having never done such a repair, I was somewhat hesitant to attempt it myself. However, I saw the instructions on how to do it when searching the PartSelect website and I decided to order the replacement part. It arrived a few days later, and I was able to replace the part just following the instructions I found on their website. It worked great!
