Found the parts I needed with little trouble and got good service. This was for items I couldn't easily find on other internet sights. Glad I found them.

Part didn't fit, No one would answer the phone so I bought a new $500 machine I do not want and I'm stuck with a $50 part I cannot use.

Shop somewhere else!

I wish I had known about you folks a long time ago. I knew what my problem was but was told on several occasions that the part I needed was no longer available. Also, the part came in well ahead of schedule. Thank you.

This company has awesome customer service. I was unsure how to describe the part I needed and she let me send her a picture of what I needed and helped me al through what to order. And said I could return if it wasn't correct. It came quickly and now my dryer is working again! So helpful.

Took two weeks to get the wrong part and when requesting return, they failed to send return instructions. Not worth $25 to deal with them. Truly "do it yourself" with no support. May be good for handyman but not for DIY.

My part came in a timely manner. It was the right part as you know sometimes you don't get what you ordered but I did replaced the part myself. I will use this site again

This site has a good layout for ordering parts and as well good instructional video on accomplishing the work needed doing.

Not only the part select have the video showing how to repair my dishwasher, they had the metal replacement parts so that the original plastic parts wouldn't break again. Do your research buy factory replacement parts from part select
