It was easy to find the parts that I needed and I received the parts within a couple of days. I have ordered parts from Partselect many times before and I have always been happy for the service that I have received from them.
I own a seasonal rental home and when I was preparing the home for the season I notice an oven rack was broken. Their site was easy to look up the model and find the part. Even during this difficult time of lockdown, the part arrived in only a few days. Very grateful

Part was good. Really like the repair videos, although in the video replacing my part, the new part was installed backwards. Luckily I paid attention taking the old part off. The delivery was quite slow. I did get the part by the time that was stated when ordering. Slow though since it originated in Peoria, Ill. And only had to travel a 4 hour drive to Milwaukee, Wi. It took a full week to arrive, after being shipped the same day as ordered.

I have ordered from here before, this time I was in need of posts for my dryer. I actual like this site because all in need to enter is three model number and sometimes the problem. They pretty much do everything else for you. And they have repair videos for your project. I would've includes a photo, but I actually deleted them yesterday and best believe I'm not going into the basement and dismantling my dryer for a pic.
Ordered a control board for a GE refrigerator. Worked great On Day 9 it failed. Replaced it with a different control board from a local parts supply and it has been working great since.

The new lint screen for my dryer is terrific. No more lint clogs and I learned that the dryer sheets were the reason the lint screen clogged. I threw them out and switched to dryer balls. Also super fast delivery.
Ordered a part on April 30th and still haven't received parts. They were in a hurry to get my money out of my account and each time I tracked the order the dates were moved back further and further when the part was supposed to be delivered When I tried to call customer service, I never spoke to a live person and the automated machine says they are not accepting any calls. I would not order anything from them. Their website says delivery in 1.8 days but I think they really meant years. Very unhappy with this business.
