I needed a replacement drain pump for my washing machine. I ordered it, paid for next day shipping, and received it the following business day. Part went right in, fixed the problem. I prefer to pay a small amount for a part and repair the machine myself than to throw the whole machine out and just buy new. Not a big fan of the disposable society!
The screw hole that allows the part to be secured to the back of the machine was in the wrong place. How hard can it be to have a replacement part match the original part?
They are very diligent in getting your parts to you. Also their methods of getting you to the correct illustrated parts manual, is great. Overall, I would definitely use them again.
I received it in remarkable time & that fixed the problem! I was really scared that I was having a major problem, but I was not. The filter cartridge done it.

Bought a door monitor switch and changed it out when a two year old 700 dollar microwave kept tripping the breaker. Broke the microfiber plate and blew a fuse before I knew what I was doing and all the new parts worked and fit. Saved a costly repair bill and all the parts fit for 40 bucks. The 2/3 day mail is a waste (it took a week) but i was so happy I saved 300 bucks I did not care.

Ordered new tub springs from online recommendations that this would repair the tub. While repairing the machine on the floor of the garage I discovered the centering springs were missing on the old tub. I had to fabricate some from my junk drawer. Maybe would have been nice to include them in tub springs repair kit. Between new springs and my homemade ones the problem of wild oscillating during spin cycle was solved!
My Whirlpool Gold refrigerator was not cooling, the freezer section was working fine. I somehow stumbled upon PartSelect.com while shopping for refrigerators online. I ordered the part that sounded like could be the problem by reading their site. It came super quick. I never thought I would fix a refrigerator by myself but I did! It was super easy, I just followed the video on their site. Saved me thousands of dollars because I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator. I didn't even have to call a repair man, and it saved throwing a good refrigerator in the landfill. I LOVE this site and will use it for all my appliance problems.
I've used PartSelect several times. Each time the part was reasonably priced, there was a clear video showing how to install it, amd when I needed Customer Support, they were very helpful. One thing to know: the videos aren't always easy to find, but Customer Support can point you to them.

My dryer was not turning but I could hear the motor and it was heating. I found out it was the belt that was broken. Googled replacement parts and this service came up for parts for my Kenmore dryer. It was easy to navigate and they even had a video on how to replace it. I ordered up the part right away and upon further review of the video and looking at my dryer I saw that my pulley wheel part needed replacing as well. I ordered that right away. The parts arrived quickly and one day apart. My granddaughter and I used the repair video and had it back up and in working order in less than an hour. I'm a 61 year old woman and she is turning 13 soon. With the helpful video and no experience with anything like this... if we can do it, anyone can! Very satisfied!
Why are my dishes not drying? After Some investigating I knew what I needed. So I found partselect. Com and found the part ( the heat coil) I needed, at a fair price. I am so happy that my dishes are dry. I saved so much money and solved the problem on my own. No service guy. I got lucky with my hunch. Thanks
