We called, they had the part we needed and purchased it. We had it in a few days. No fuss. They were very helpful. We will call them again if we need any other parts.
Would highly recommend this supplier for appliance parts. Had the part I needed and shipped at once. I got involved with a major retail chain (in bankruptcy), the stores are closed, but the repair division is still going, I had bought my stove from them. I had called them, they sent a repair man out, he said he had to order the part and he would be back in a week, gave me a time and date, but he never showed up. No call or any contact. After a month, being without my oven, I check the internet, found the part (almost $100 less) at PartSelect, placed my order and it was received in about 4 days. The day my repairman installed the part I had received from PartSelect, the part I had ordered from the major company, came in I am still waiting for permission to return the part to them for a refund. I had paid up front for the part and a major part of the labor. In the attached picture, the old part is setting on top of the new part installed on my stove.
I needed a fabric softener dispenser for an old washer. Even after reading through an owner's manual I found online, I didn't know the exact part number I needed. When I called PartSelect for assistance, the customer service rep was very helpful, had a great telephone personality and quickly identified the exact part I needed. I received the part in a few days. Although no instructions came with the part, it was pretty intuitive on how to install. We have been happy with the product ever since!
Everyone else had out of stock. Even sears was out of stock on there own appliances. Partselect had in stock and got it to me within a week.
Kids broke the water dispenser lever on the fridge and I was able to replace using part found on the site. Video was an added bonus as I was able to replace in no time. Should be the first stop for appliances parts. Highly recommended.

I have an older model GE refrigerator where a shelving piece broke. Dishwasher seemed to have a mind of it's own. I could see corrosion in the ribbon cable as probable cause. The only way to get the ribbon cable is with the complete controller. It was easy to find, arrived quickly, and easy to install.
All I needed were small rubber support pads for the underside of my Dacor stove grills. I was daunted at the thought of looking for them, but I found them easily at PartSelect online. They arrived in just a few days.
I needed to find a filter for my microwave. I never needed a filter for my previous one so had to find one for this one. What was interesting, the filter part number that was listed in the manual wasn't the filter that was in the microwave. I measured the current one, that had been working and fit just fine. I found one that had the same measurements in this online store. I was very pleased at how quickly this was delivered to me. It is exactly the right size for this microwave. I kept a copy of the order and shipping ticket so the next time I have to order I know right where to go and what part number I need!
I have an older microwave (1990) and the light bulb finally burned out. I was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the phone when I called with questions. She completed my order over the phone and I received the replacement bulb very quickly. I recommend this appliance parts store very highly.
Just want to get correct ice maker. The one sent looks like the right unit but it has a 4 connector plug ( the one in the fridge has a 8 connector plug) Tried to call and use web site but no help there. Got really good help over the phone when ordering to make sure I got the part needed. I'm not technically inclined or a good handyman at all. But I was able to undo the water line, install the water screening part and so far is working fine. The way the part and water line attached to my refrigerator was different from what the instructions and the videos showed, but I was able to get it done. No problems so far.
Part was delivered sooner than expected. Was the exact fit and performed good as new.
Would absolutely use the again in the future if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair parts. Customer service was excellent, very helpful.
