Ordered a heating element for a Maytag dryer 3 weeks ago. Still have not received it, although they have hit my credit card. Called customer service on their 1800# and was informed they are not taking calls due to the pandemic. Send them an email and received a canned reply saying because of the pandemic it would be a while before I received a reply. Ordered the heating element from a competitor and received it in 3 days. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get the charges reversed. Still have not had a reply from PartSelect. Your results may be different, but mine sucked.
Ordered thermostat for dryer and came as good as advertised. Will definitely look to them for my part needs from now on.
I've ordered multiple things from PartSelect. The web site is easy to use, they have a wide selection. On one occasion I ordered the wrong part and customer service was great. They are my first, and often only, stop for parts.
I love how this site helps break down the Symptoms and recommends the parts to fix it. Without any training or experience I was able to fix my appliances and a very low cost. And that reminds me, the prices are well below other websites.

The part got to my house in only 2 days, and then the shipping email had a link to a video on how to install the part. I will only be buying appliance parts from here for now on. Review of various PartSelect videos enabled me to diagnosis the need for a dryer belt replacement. Belt was worn and starting to shred the rubber belt ribs. Found the video specific to belt replacement very helpful, especially how the belt is placed around the motor hub. I found it easier to feed the belt from the access panel in the back. Cleaned a great deal of 30+ years of lint and grime while the cabinet was open. Found $1.40 in various coins, paperclips, a small drill bit and other small items in the distal part of the lint collector. The old Maytag is running like new again. A very happy wife as it was repaired for around $30. Got the new belt in just a few days.
So... I ordered two rear drive wheels for my Troybilt mower (model# 12AI839F011) from you folks and it was geared wrong. From the picture on your website, I thought the gear on the drive wheel was plastic, so I kept my old drive gears in case I needed to swap them out (mine are metal). Good thing I did because the gear on the replacement drive wheel was smaller. My old drive gear has 42 "teeth" and the new one that I ordered from you only has 40 and it is slightly smaller in diameter. This causes the gears to not "engage" properly and thus "grind". Fortunately, the gear is held in place on the wheel by three screws and both gears had the same inner diameter so they could be interchanged.
You should make corrections to your website to show that this wheel does not fit this model, or at least warn people to keep their old drive gear so it can be installed on the new drive wheel.
Part shipped quickly and received within a few days. Installed easily and works great. Look forward to dealing with PartSelect again in the future.

Brand new part exactly the one for my dryer the replacement fit right in. It was actually right on time after having the dryer for two years and there's teenagers who also wash and just jam and pull really needed a new one, the old one was just not torn through net but frame around net was cracked!
I decided to try to repair the upper rack of our Kitchaid dishwasher myself when the rollers came off. I was able to find the kit I needed to do so--and the video on the website with the parts was very easy to follow. The package came VERY quickly (in 2 days if I remember correctly), and the dishwasher was up and running the next day! Saved the expense of a service call. My husband was happy to let me do it. Lol.
