We never received our parts and we're unable to reach this company. All emails and messages just kicked over to covid delays. No way to reach by phone.

I have now replaced the lower and upper rack in my dishwasher "what do dishwashers really do?" The part came before the date projected, it was an exact duplicate fit and the recent purchased upper rack went in easy!
Thanks for saving me the bother and expense of replacing the whole thing!

I had already bought the ice maker, It didn't come with the reaction arm. I order the reactor arm. $40 bucks for basically a piece of wire. I felt robbed.

I replaced the bottom hinge and cam on the fridge side a few years ago, and just now replaced them on the freezer side. After reading all the reviews on their site, I knew how to disconnect the water line that goes through the hinge. The whole repair took about half an hour... after I located a 5/16 socket, lol.

Easiest website by far to look up parts needed. Can find by just make and model of appliance. Great prices and fast delivery. My go to place.

The replacement part arrived on time and was the correct part. Installation was pretty easy and the dishwasher is working correctly.

When I bought my home, I didn't even think about opening the dishwasher to see if the drawers (?) worked properly. The top loader was missing several parts. I ordered the necessary pieces from PartSelect using the diagram. The parts came quickly, and were easy to install. Now I don't have to worry about my dishes falling out all over the floor. I ordered a replacement silverware basket for my dishwasher. Selected the part I needed, and received a completely different style of basket. Still does the job, just doesn't match the rest of the unit.

My order was sent quickly and I installed the parts myself. Not quite as easy to remove and install the burner clip as others said it would be, but I did it. My stove is now working like new. Thanks.
Now, for the bad news! They send way too many emails after the order is completed. I only need an occasional email or at the most no more than one per week.
