I ordered a top rack dishwasher repair kit from PartSelect.com. It was my first order through this website. The order process was simple and easy. I called customer service to make sure I was ordering the correct parts because the new parts looked different then what I had. It turns out that they were actually improved over than the originals. I received a follow up email with a delivery update and a video to help me change out the old parts. When I opened the box I noticed that their were no instructions so I went to the video and it walked me through a step by step process. It was much better then trying to follow some of the instructions that you get with todays products. I had a great experience and would use PartSelect again.
We purchased a pint screen the first one lasted only a week and a tear stared in the corner. We contacted customer service and they sent us a replacement. We were told all parts have a one year guarantee. Well satisfied.
The part that I ordered and received was the same as the original element that came with the stove. Now I can resume making my Pizza.
Ordered ice crusher part and rercieved the right part and was easy to install with the video. Recieved delivery in a few days.
Ordered an Ice Marker as it was displayed in their diagram. After receiving the Ice Maker and reading the instructions I found a part pictured in the diagram was not included. I had to place a second order for the missing part at an additional 50% increase in cost. That's only half of it. The missing Part is special order and after waiting 15 days I'm still waiting even though they charged my credit card. Not real happy at this point.

When our dishwasher broke I was already lamenting having to contact a repair person to fix it. We decided to try it ourselves, put the model number into Google, and this site popped up. Not only did they have the exact part that was broken, but a video link to show us how to put it in. It turned out to be a 5-minute fix for like $20! Way cheaper than hiring someone to come out to repair it, and our dishwasher works better than ever.
Could find the right fit anywhere for drip pans for my stove. All the ones from lowes and other stores didn't fit. This is my 2nd time ordering from this company and am very pleased with the price and quality of the products

Water inlet valve came quickly and was exactly as described. Although not needed I thought it was nice that they included a couple relevant "how to" articles. I was thinking if I was not familiar with the procedure or not mechanically inclined those little tips would be most helpful. A great company.
