Received the water inlet Tube OK, but need more operation time on ice maker to see if tube functions OK. Original tube would allow water to accumulate in plastic Elbow in tube, then Freeze and block any more water from entering into ice maker to make more cubes. This was a problem of the original design of tube and not that of Parts Select.
I have ordered parts from Part Select numerous times and I am always pleased with how quickly my part arrives and have found the videos so helpful. This time I ordered a part with expedited shipping and it arrived the next day so we could get our dryer up and running before our company got here. Will continue to be a customer at Part Select whenever we need a part.
I was delighted to find replacement knobs for a 1990s vintage Frigidaire Gallery LP-fueled cooktop. Having 3 burners going during a fruit-canning process had created so much surface heat that one of the knobs melted. Wish I could have found replacement control panels for the 2 Frigidaire Gallery electric ovens of the same vintage - the LED displays had failed after only a few years. Had to replace the ovens with more reliable GE technology.
Easy to find the part I needed (wheel to lower dishwasher basket), ordered it and received it within a few days! Best purchase of the year, as now I can slide my dishwasher basket in and out easy peasy!

I bought from this site once. I learned my lesson. They sent wrong part and expect me to pay shipping both ways. They do not return money even if it is their screw up. Customer service is nonexistent. Wish I could give them 0 STARS

I ordered an inner-glass replacement for an oven door.
The person I worked with confirmed I had identified the right part, and found a video showing the the door disassembly/reassembly steps. I had not been able to find the video myself since it wasn't exactly my oven model, but was exactly the same oven door.
The packaging for shipping was impressive. I would expect breakage during shipping to be extremely rare.
What I received was perfect.
I ordered a new valve for my dishwasher and received the correct one within days
I was washing dishes in no time at all. The repair video was a great help as well.

I really like there website. I'm able to find the part I need. And then shipping was really fast! They said 5 to 7 days but the part was there in 2 days. Could be that I live close to there warehouse. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them and will be back the next time I need a part.
Ordered a part for a fairly old washer on 7/5/20. It was shipped on 7/6/20. It was delivered via FedEx on Saturday, 7/11/20. Couldn't believe how quick it came and I only purchased the EconoShip Shipping Method! So grateful they had the part, now I can actually open the washer door without worrying about breaking my natural fingernails (which has happened more than once!). The only thing that brought it down to 4 stars was the price of the item. All I ordered was a small plastic handle for the door - nothing else - used the old screws, and it cost $35.14 just for the part and $7.95 for the EconoShip. But, hey, it's saving my fingers so it's worth the cost.
Ordered an igniter in hopes this is all I needed to get mom's oven working again. It came with everything I would possibly need other than the actual tools. Luckily, it was as easy as unplug, unscrew the old one and put the new one in. I'm average with DIY stuff, and this was easy. It did what it was supposed to do, arrived when it was supposed to do, installed like it was supposed to do. No drama.

I ordered two (2) Door Shelf Retainer Bars on 05Jul2020 and these were delivered to my home on 10Jul2020... just 5 days later. No other company (even those in my local area) has ever delivered an order to my home in such short time. Thanks, PartSelect for getting the bars to me in short order. I simply pulled up the broken bars and slide the replacement/new bars end... about 3 minutes for each one. Great!
I needed a part for my fridge that i had no idea what it was called or if I needed more than one. The chat team was super helpful. I sent a few pictures and they were able to give me the parts number I needed. I ordered the part and it arrived a week later.
The shipping was quick but, the parts were rather pricey but, that's normal. The important thing was that Mom's dryer is working again.
I had no idea where I was going to find a replacement "splash guard" for our older GE garbage disposal, and didn't even know what that little round black rubber thing was called.?! So I googled "replacements parts for GE disposal"... and the first place that popped up with great reviews was PartSelect!
