Site says part I need is "on order" and is promised 7-9 days. It has been two months and Im still waiting with a broken dishwasher. No response to 800 number 'due to the coronavirus" no one can answer emails or take phone calls which is utter BS since no other companies seem to have this issue and will get back to you within a reasonable amount of time.

2 days before I needed to hand over the keys to my apartment (moving), I pulled the shelves out of the refrigerator to clean. I didn't realize the glass on the shelf above the crispers was an insert (and not a single unit like the other shelves). Well that glass slid right out and shattered. Wanting to avoid a premium gouge of my deposit from the landlord, I called up PartSelect and paid for overnight shipping and it thankfully arrived quickly. Truly didn't know what to do and PartSelect came through!
