I have been a customer of Grove Collaborative for almost two years and never had a problem until the pandemic started. For the last several months, my order did not meet their odious minimum requirements for VIP members. Usually this was because they were out of a product. Numerous inquiries with Customer Service proved to be totally fruitless. I even received an eMail saying they were lowering the minimum requirement, but that turned out to be a lie. My current order was a couple dollars below the minimum and once again they refused to ship it, even though I sent several requests. Banks, credit card companies and even landlords are willing to work with customers/tenants during these difficult times, but not Grove. SHAME ON THEM! I have cancelled my account and am posting this to warn other prospective customers. Most of the brand name products they offer can be found cheaper at other retailers (Amazon, Target, Walmart). As other reviewers have said, terrible customer service - be warned. Goodbye Grove
