Thanks to the clear instructions at the site, I actually learned where the model number is on my stovetop... and a new and better way to clean under the burners. With exact model #, I was able to order exactly the right replacement parts (knobs)--good service, thank you! My model: Whirlpool stove.
I ordered parts (in stock) for my washer on 11/16. I received a FedEx tracking number and the shipment was to be delivered on 11/20 by the end of the day. Every 2 days I receive the tracking info the shipment will be delivered in 2 days. Contacted FedEx today and told them if it isn't here by Sunday, to send it back. I emailed customer service first, when I didn't hear back from them I contacted FedEx. What an ordeal that was because it is automated and would tell me the shipment was arriving in 2 days. Finally a person.
Able to order part for my cook top to control the burner and replace MYSELF. And I'm a woman! Easy to find the part and it came really fast. By doing it myself I saved a ton of money. Definitely recommend.

I needed a replacement beater for my KitchenAid hand mixer. Tried to order on the KitchenAid website but that was too confusing. So I was glad to find PartsSelect for my replacement part. I have an older model top mount fridge. I didn't think I could get replacement rails for it. Not only were they the right partand I could find it easily on their website, but it shipped quicker than expected, and came in completely unblemished.
Ordered a replacement defrost part for our older fridge. Ordered over the phone, because if ypu order with a rep, they will take part back with free return shipping. Paid for regular delivery, but part came in a flash anyway. Used the video on their site to learn how to change the part. Fridge is back up and running. Mind you, I have never worked on a major appliance, but the video made it easy, step by step. Super happy with Partselect.

I ordered a water pump for my LG dishwasher. I installed it without a problem -- connected all the wiring and hoses -- turned it 'on' --- major water leak! Had to take the dishwasher out of the cabinet -- disconnect the hoses -- turned it upside down-- then I found it! The pump was leaking where it attached to the pump housing -- The problem was the pump was sent without a rubber seal to secure the fit within the pump housing. I installed the seal that was attached to the old pump. That fixed the problem but I wish they would have had some sort of notification in the pump packaging that I needed to reuse the seal from the old pump.
For starters I payed for overnight shipping and here we are 5 days later and the part was just shipped. Tried calling to get some info but there is no customer service just a automated message... so as one could imagine I'm extremely upset and give them no rating... simply because I was just left hanging. Also I was forced to give one star just to submit my review!
Part for my stove was not in stock at my local store, luckily I found the part in this site. It was easy to order and the order arrived on time.

The part fit and worked perfectly. Aldo video made install very easy. Only problem was Fed Ex held package for 5 days 25 miles from my house.
