The plastic coating on the lower basket in our dishwasher came apart and the rust stained my white dishes.

Clerk on phone excellent and recommended 2 parts to fix our GE microwave; they worked fine and the new latch/handle for the dishwasher fit just great. Paid extra for 3 day shipping and 1 item took 5 days, but other than that it was a good company to deal with.

My igniter went out on my gas dryer. I ordered Two igniters just to make sure I would have an extra one. When they arrived, both igniters were broken into pieces. When I called the customer service line, I was never able to actually speak to a representative, it was all automated! So I figured I would just eat the cost, and order from somewhere else. Not worth the hassle

The part took about a week to get due to Covid Times. I replaced the part and my dryer is back in business. The staff were polite and very helpful.

They had the exact part I needed, and sent it promptly. The agitator replacement kit was easy to install.

Perfect! My dryer is heating again! Woohoo! Bought the cut-off switches and voila! Now I need an exhaust vent!

The number 1 cause for my dryer not heating was this part and sure enough the new replacement worked as advertised. Also Very helpful was the short video on how and where to install it. Also I tested the suspected worn out part with my multimeter using the lowest Ohm setting and it verified No Continuity.

They have pictures and video instructions on how to make the repairs. Repaired my dryer--all the parts fit, all the videos made sense. Made it a super easy job to fix. Parts arrived quickly and were a good price. Fantastic company.

Selecting the proper parts from from the site was very simple. The pictures were very helpful to confirm they were the proper parts. Ordered next day delivery and they were delivered by 10:00 AM.
