I think I have ordered from this site a few times now. The prices are reasonable and I got the parts pretty quickly. I especially like how the website not only sells appliance parts but also helps you figure out which parts you need and how to put them on. Hopefully none of my other stuff breaks anytime soon, but if it does, partselect.com is where I'll go first.

Order an Ice Bucket for my freezer. Told it was on back order so it may take an extra week. After 4 weeks, Still no ice bucket. Called several times and was told they could not provide me with an estimated shipping date. After 6 weeks at to cancel the order... Sounds like they are dealing with a 3rd party from over seas. Possibly China, and they are not making the parts any longer.

We ordered a replacement cartridge for the soap dispensers in our dishwasher and it is working GREAT! Instead of having to purchase a new machine and spend hundreds of dollars, for less than $100, we have version 2.0 and its is good as new.
