I ordered a part for my stove and received the correct part quickly. Thank you and I will continue to order my parts from Partselect.

Well the service was good but the part broke again. Same knob broke twice now. This is becoming an expensive oven. You can see the original and the replacement broke same spot making it impossible to turn the above on.

Even though the part came in wrong they replaced with the correct one very quickly. Very satisfied second time using them. Will use them again

The website was very easy to use, and having access to parts drawings was very helpful. It was disappointing that telephone help was not available, but I found the part I was looking for and the shipping was very timely.

I recommend PartSelect because of the ease of finding parts on the website and the prompt shipping of same. This was super simple and I know I'd use them again when/if the need arises.

I recently used partsdirect to order a burner tube for my whirlpool double oven (bottom stopped heating). This site had the part I needed, cheaper then manufacture, and I got the part in 2 days! From whirlpool the estimate was 3 -5 weeks to ship and $30-$40 more. Could not be happier! Thanks for the amazing service!

I have an "experienced" (read old) Jenn-Air stove, I've needed parts three times over the recent years and every time they had them. My recent experience has been during the pandemic, I ordered the parts and the response verified my order but said they weren't sure when they could be shipped. Next day, got an email confirming shipment and receipt date only two days away. Yay!

I was a little nervous ordering online, as I have been burned by some fake companies recently. Now I check BBB ratings for every online store before I order. Reviews were mostly favorable, plus no where else has this part, so I took the plunge. I got an "order shipped" email the next day, and the tracking number processed soon after. I actually received the part in 5 days! Yay! And it fits!

The wrong part was sent to me. The toll free number has a recording that they are not accepting calls. I sent an email to Customer Service with my order number asking them to correct the error. 10 days later and they still haven't responded.

Ordered and received the item within the week. Had the oven working shortly after receiving the part. I would order from them again if I needed a part they could furnish.

I ordered a replacement part for my oven. It was expected in 2 weeks. It came in 10 days and it was perfect! My oven was repaired and I was baking again by the weekend. Great service.
