The glass shelf for my refrigerator shattered all over my kitchen while I was cleaning it. I had no idea where to purchase another one, but thankfully I remembered Part Select from a previous purchase. My new glass shelf was shipped immediately and came in one piece!
I placed an order for a part, tracked it and it sat at some warehouse for 2 weeks, never made it to my door. Canceled that order, ordered again, never even got an order confirmation. Would not recommend using this company.
Part was right but they use Fedex for shipping and they are the worst out there.

I ordered from this site because they Promised fast shipping. I even paid an extra $10 for expedited FedEx shipping. It still took three weeks for me to receive my part. When it did finally arrive it was exactly the correct part and fit perfectly.

We purchased a upper dishwasher rack adjuster kit. Arrived within two days of ordering it (earlier than expected). Kit was easy to install and is of a better quality than the original parts. We got exactly what we paid for. Very pleased.

Our Electrolux oven has a Perfect Turkey feature that uses a Meat Probe. The original probe broke and I could not order a replacement from Electrolux. So searched the wed and ordered a replacement from PartSelect. The part I ordered, Meat Probe Sensor Electrolux manufacturers Part # *******202, is shown on the web site as an exact match for the one I was replacing see web site picture attached. The probe I received was a red color and the probe was over 3" shorter see comparison picture attached. I called customer service and talked with a very nice person and was told that the probe pictured on the web site was discontinued and the one I received was a direct replacement. I was offered to return for a refund but refused because it was the holidays and we needed to cook using a probe. The replacement probe didn't work; so because I used the probe a return option is not available per the Part Select web site so I'm stuck with a like new probe that doesn't work with my oven.
I'm not bashing Part Select, they seem to be a very good company with great service and offered a solution that I, unfortunately for me, refused. In general my belief is that replacement parts unless they come directly from the OEM will most likely be a "generic" almost fits/works replacement part that unsuspecting consumer's like me are forced to order online and try with the hope that it matches the original.
I give 3 stars for the website misrepresentation.

We were looking for a replacement halogen bulb for our GE wall oven. I found the part on partselect.com and called to ensure this was the correct item. The helpful rep asked me for the model # and then confirmed that it will fit. The part arrived a week later and installation was a breeze. I would order future appliance replacement parts from them. Sure beats driving around retail stores trying to find the bulb.
The part was back ordered, and although there wasn't an estimate for delivery, it wasn't available anywhere else. Finally arrived, in good condition and well packaged.
The part I needed for my fridge was easy to find and replace. Saved me $1500 from having to buy a new fridge!
Ordered knobs for my oven, which is fairly aged, and couldn't find them anywhere else. Price was reasonable, delivery on time as stated, and parts fit and work perfectly with my oven. I love that they can provide even the most intricate parts needed. I would definitely order from them for my appliance needs.
I inquired about an order, took an extra month to show up past due date, there was no way to find out the order status since they don't answer the phone or email inquiries. Placed an order for overnight shipping on a part which was in stock. I did not receive my part after a week so called to cancel the order and was told the part was canceled. I was told I would get an email confirming this. The part was then shipped out that same day and never got the email canceling the item. I called back to have my overnight cost refunded ($32.95) and was told I would get $10. If you return the item your shipping cost is not included. I would suggest to find another business to order from.
Ordered a burner element that showed as in stock. A week later and several emails, (that they never responded to), I called and was told they had the part on backorder. So much for "next business day shipping" Ended up canceling the order. Won't be shopping there again. Buyer beware.

Answer: I cannot answer for the company however, as a banker, I see charges come through clients accounts with similar errors and rarely is a small amount like that ever noticed by the company. I doubt they even noticed.
