I ordered part on 12/1 guaranteed delivery in 5-8 days Never shipped. Called and they said it will ship on 13th guaranteed. On 14th called spoke to Maggie. The rudest customer service agent. Could not care less. Even hung up on me when I asked about the lack of communication. Ended up cancelling the order. Take your business elsewhere.

The heating element in our electric oven went out on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. It was easy to use PartSelect's website to figure out which part I needed and to order it. I ordered on Sunday, and the part was shipped out early Monday morning. Unfortunately the part did not arrive until the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but I think that was due to shipping delays related to the holiday. When the part arrived, my husband and I used the video on the website to install the new heating element in our oven. We are not handy at all so their video was helpful and everything is functioning perfectly.

Good service, part required for 15 year old ice compartment, easy to follow instruction video, a lot cheaper than a new fridge/ freezer.

I paid extra for 2-3 business day shipping and received FedEx ground shipping which is 1-5 business days. I emailed customer service to ask for a refund since I paid for faster service and they never responded. When the part arrived it didn't fix the issue so it was a complete waste. I'll use a more responsive company next time that uses the shipping speed I paid for.

Part arrived in a timely fashion and it was the correct part. Installed in a few minutes and we had a cool refrigerator once again

I went to PartSelect.com to see what was wrong with my dryer and find the parts to fix it. I typed in my model # and it gave me a list of repairs to choose from, then it gave me the parts I would need to fix it. Once I received the email confirmation of my order they also attached 2 videos showing me how to make the repairs. When I got my order I followed the video instructions and was able to fix my dryer. I would highly recommend them for parts & video instructions.

Moved into a new home recently and the prior owner had either removed or damaged the kick plate grill on our Whirlpool dishwasher. Having all the wires exposed like that didn't seem like a good idea. Plus it looked bad. Figured out what part I needed online and saw that PartSelect carried it in stock. Called to order and this is when I realized how thorough they were. The customer service rep asked what I was looking for and before I could give her the part number, she wanted to be sure that it was the correct part for our model #. After providing the model number I gave her the part I was looking for and she confirmed that it was the correct part. Even asked me if I needed the screws that attach the plate to the dishwasher. Love that when it arrived, it fit and installed in 30 secs and I didn't need to mess around with returns or exchanges. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Husband couldn't find fridge bulbs that we needed or wasn't sure if off brand would be right replacement. Went to site and found model of fridge bulbs and received them in 2 days! The delivery was incredibly fast given all the problems with supply issues these days.

Have also used them to find dryer belts and parts recommended have not let us down yet.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Parts Select. They had the replacement rack for our dishwasher and the delivery was very fast. We will definitely use the again. Highly Recommend.

Our downdraft vent switch wasn't working and we were considering replacing the downdraft because GE or Sears didn't have the replacement part. As I was searching on Google I found the part on PartSelect. Having not used them ever before, I called their customer service to validate that the switch will work with our appliance. The lady on the phone was super helpful and confirmed that the part would work. I placed the order and received the part in 3 days (just $10 for shipping), replaced the part and our vent is as good as new (well somewhat). Saved $1,500 or more by using this website.

I have dealt with Partselect.com on previous purchases, every time the prices are very reasonable and products are shipped immediately.

I ordered a part (oven element) and received a part for a dishwasher didn't even attempt to get in touch with anyone and have to wait even longer so went to lowes and got my element for the oven and just left it alone!

Found my refrigerator part immediately and it was just the one I needed. Shipping was reasonably priced and didn't take very long at all. Would definitely recommend.

The glass in my oven door shattered just before Thanksgiving. I had 11 people coming for the week. I needed the glass ASAP. The cost for 2 pieces of glass and a frame was $359. The glass did arrive in 2-3 days and saved me. The sad part is I ordered a new range/oven top the week before which is coming in January. I just have a problem with replacement parts costing an arm and a leg.

The actual icemaker works great, but not included was the tray for the ice and the wire shelf. SO I had to improvise. I could not order the tray and shelf separately and spent an hour on the phone trying to find it.
