I have ordered parts several times from Part Select. The parts ordered are received very quickly and the received parts have always been exactly what we ordered. Parts Select is our go-to place for dependable service.

When I had to replace my oven racks, I was lost to where to go. I ran across partselect.com and took a chance. The website's directions were easy to follow for someone who does not do a lot of online shopping. The product was delivered on time and fit perfectly.

Finding the correct heating element OEM replacement part I needed to repair my old 1987 Frigidaire range was very easy using this site by typing in the model number I found inside the range door.
PartSelects replacement part was even cheaper than the Frigidaire website.
And the part was shipped on schedule and arrived before the estimated time of delivery.
My son installed the part in 5 minutes and my oven works great, and just like new again.
I saved myself $900 about the cost for a brand new range oven.
PartsSelect had fast delivery, and it was a great price for the replacement part…. And I could not ask for anything more.

I found a refrigerator part that was not available anywhere on partselect. It was delivered on time, and solved my problem.

I was worried about getting a part and trying to replace it myself but it worked. We had our oven heating element stop working and ordered the part and it came packaged will and was quick.

Purchased a couple of replacement parts from Part Select for my Whirlpool dishwasher. One of the replacement parts was clearly a returned item from a previous order that Part Select had resealed in the OEM part bag and tried to pass off as a new part item.

To make matter worst, this replacement part (namely, door latch bracket kit) Part Select sent to me is not the actual OEM part that I had order. The door latch bracket kit that was sent to me had an extra plastic part that was meant for a dishwasher that only has one sensor (NOT two) to regulate the door actuator. Instead of returning the door latch bracket kit to Part Select, I had to modified it to fit two sensors that comes with my dishwasher in order to make the door latch bracket kit to work properly.

Wrote an email to Part Select and never got a reply. I will never use this company again

I ordered late on a Monday and FedEx label was created on Tuesday. This means I should have had my part, at the latest, Friday. However, as of Friday my part hadn't even been shipped yet. Finally, over the weekend, the tracking now says that my package will be here Tuesday … 8 days after I ordered it and 4 days later than I should have received it. NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

PartSelect.com had the exact parts I needed (roller wheels for a Bosch dishwasher) and I received them in a short time. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future purchases.

Unfortunately, I never received the parts that I ordered. It could have been FedEx's fault, but I reached out to PartSelect after doing everything on my end to track it down, and I never heard back. I included all the details of my order but never got a response until PS asked me to review my parts. My dryer is still broken, but now I need to find another website to order the parts from. :(

I bought on April a part that never revived and always they response after a couples days of asking because even customer services sucks! They told me the part has being produced because was out stock thing that never the website said when I was purchasing. Anyway after 10 months today they canceled the order and I never requested that so I wasted my time waiting all this time for something that I won't receive. So disrespectful a scam company

Partselect website was easy to navigate to find shelf parts that were needed. Within a week I received the correct parts.

I am very pleased with the service of this company, and ordered many different parts. Customer service is very good and kind. Delivery seems prompt.
However, the quality of the parts themselves (Whirlpool Duet washer Baffles) needed to be ordered over and over because they continue to break after 1-2 loads of laundry ( light laundry). Whirlpool manufacturing seems to be a broken. These partS are ridiculously easy to install. They install just fine with a confirmation "click". But they broke off ( 2 separate orders and two installations) within 1-2 wash loads. What gives? I'm terribly disappointed.

The part help me get the dryer a going, and the part was very good quality. It also can in the mail very fast.

Ordered, and received the package on time and the exact parts I needed. The exact Frigidaire part and was easy to find.

I have recently ordered a part for my Frigidaire range. The design had changed from the original part, but that was clearly stated in the product description.

The website is easy to use for selecting parts by appliance information. The part also is described in detail with photos. I watched a few videos and I was able to replace a drum belt on my dryer.
