Being a female, I was a little leery at first to try and repair my own dryer but having replaced the heating element before, I thought I would give it a shot. I looked on U-Tube to diagnose the problem (terrible screeching noise when turn on), found out several possible issues and went to the PartSelect website. It tells you where to find your model number and you just plug it in and hit search. It brings up all of the parts for your model. I was lucky enough to find a "maintenance kit" that had new rollers, idler pulley and belt at a reasonable price (under $60) which is cheaper than calling a repair man, ordered the parts and got them even sooner than stated by PartSelect (got them in 3 days). Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem and I had to call a repair man, it was the motor (which would have been hard for me to figure out/diagnosis). It cost me about $300 total for the repair and parts and their parts took TWO WEEKS to arrive than when I ordered from PartSelect. If I would have known it would take so long, I would have ordered the parts myself from PartSelect and just had them install them. But all in all, I got a new dryer on the inside but looks old on the outside. Still cheaper than a new dryer. Great place to buy parts, get them fast and actually find what you are looking for. I am sure I will visit your website again.

I ordered two replacement knobs for a whirlpool glass top range. Finding the right part was a breeze, while expensive, the product shipped the next day, received 2 days after the order (less than 48 hours). Both replacement knobs were marked identically, but one of them was reversed. Made a call to their customer service number, and in fewer than 15 minutes, the credit was issued for the defective part, a replacement part had been re-ordered, and shipped almost immediately. The best customer service experience I've had in years.

Screwed the hard to find screw into my compressor housing bracket and pulled the torx bit out to find the screw head still attached.
Called the vendor and he told me I'd have to pay for the replacement. I had assumed they would replace the defective screw.
Ordered three more and with shipping came too Dr $19. Very disappointed that they wouldn't stand behind their new product. Should have tried harder to order on ebay.

We have an 18 year old range. The power control for one burner had gone to full power only. Instead of replacing the entire range, I merely replaced one burner control. It took less than 10 minutes to remove and get part numbers. It took 3 days to have the part here, and less than 10 minutes to install. So I spent roughly $70 versus over $1000 for a new range. And the old range works well.

We needed a replacement bulb for my Whirlpool over stove microwave. It's a very unique bulb & I was able to find the right one easily on the website. I appreciate the size grid behind the replacement bulb on the website as it helps to determine the actual size of the item being ordered matches what you need. The price was reasonable and the bulb arrived a few days later.

When the rollers of upper rack of my 8-year old KitchenAid dishwasher broke, I had a hard time finding the exact replacement part. PartSelect not only had the exact part but a detailed video on how to remove the old and install the new replacement. PartSelect is my first choice for any appliance parts.

Check your parts first! It was missing one of the positioners. If it had instructions, I could have verified all the parts were there first. Had to find the video on you tube. It was easy to install, but getting the old parts off were a pain and I ended up breaking the plastic caps off the end of the slide out in the dishwasher. Otherwise it seems like a good product. Customer service was prompt. Be aware, if missing a piece, you might need to send the whole thing back and reorder.

I recently purchased new appliances for a new home. I wanted an additional rack for my stand-up freezer.
