I'm a female and always use this site to fix my appliances! They give self help videos and have diagrams I can see to see which part I need. I really dont know what I would do without this site!

I no longer bother looking for the best deal and superior customer service, I just go to Partselect, they are incredible.

I ordered the part and after six-day when I call to see the status of my order they said that there was an issue whit the address of my home and one on the credit card that is why they canceled my order without notifying me that is ridiculous don't order from this company.

Fast service, great video on how to install item. We followed it and it really helped our success in repairing our wash machine part.

The parts for our Whirlpool refrigerator arrived in good shape and our refrigerator now works just fine.

I've used PartSelect several times for different appliance parts and every time, they get it right the first time, delivered on time and always as promised. Always OEM products, not knock-offs. Phone Representative very knowledgeable about the parts I needed and helped me identify exactly what I needed. Superior and friendly service. PartSelect will continue to me my one and only solution for appliance parts.

My PartSelect fiasco. Ordered a replacement ice machine. See the photos for how it arrived. I called and was told they would process a refund and, once I sent them photos, they would let me know if they wanted it sent back. Nine days later, no refund! I call again, and when it's clear I'm speaking to someone who won't take the time to review the order history, I ask for a supervisor. After a hold, no supervisor but I'm told they will process the refund on a "rush basis" in the next 3-5 days - that's their idea of "rush". I'm putting it in dispute with AMEX to avoid the wait. My recommendation: do business elsewhere.

I was SO thankful to find this website! We have an older model refrigerator, and it still works just fine but I accidentally broke the shelf frame that rests on the drawer… which coincidentally holds the majority of our food items. I was very pleased with how detailed and accurate this website described the specific part I was looking for, and how easy and quick it was to install. VERY VERY PLEASED! Highly recommend.

PartSelect folks were really helpful in securing parts for my 19 year old GE gas range. I had lost my oven light years ago and had been discouraged when I did not find reasonably priced options (no desire to pay a repair person $180 to walk in the door... without the part replaced)... I also got an oven igniter that had burned out a few months ago and was thrilled to see that I did not need to replace a stove that was otherwise working! Thank you PartSelect!
