Not only are the parts there when they say, they fit. There have instructional videos, an app, and email to insure success.

I ordered a part with expedited shipping. The part didn't come on time and when I emailed to ask why it didn't arrive on time, I didn't get a response.

Received the parts as promised and was able to install in under 10 minutes.

The biggest surprise was that these wheels and snap-in racks were available and fit perfectly. Our dishwasher is well over a decade old!

The site told me about the most likely source for the problem and the fix for that problem: a specific replacement part. Then, for a topper, it gave me a video showing how to install the recommended part!

I ordered the part, installed it, and now my clothes dryer works again.

My whirlpool washing machine needed the tub stabilizer shocks to keep it from doing the walk, partselect had what I needed in a complete kit and had a diy video on how to install them. I ordered the parts from the parts selection drawings the part fit perfect and is working great. Parts were delivered by usps and that was the only drawback uses is horrible p as re-elect is great

The site is easy to navigate. Drawings and photographs of parts make it almost foolproof. Also great videos on how to install the required parts

We have had a couple of issues with broken pieces on our LG refrigerator. Replacement door shelf was very easy to find. The description, diagrams, and instructions were signs that this was a professional supply house. The shipping and tracking are great, price was very reasonable and within a week, i had a "new" refrigerator. Then we cracked the shield on the "deli" drawer below the fruit and veggie drawers. Quick and easy again. The fact that they deal with so many manufacturers, products and can supply replacement parts so quickly has made them my "go to" source for any replacement part.

Competitive pricing, speedy delivery. Providing DIY installation videos was awesome however the video was missing some important closeups so I had to call a handier friend. Site navigation could use a little improvement. Would definitely order from PartSelect again.
