Helped with finding the correct parts quickly. If you need OEM parts to repair older washers Partselect is the best. I was very surprised how quickly they were shipped and I received received them (2 and a half days).
I needed a dryer drum belt and I ordered a belt from this company, Not only was it easy and fast it correct the first time. They made it very easy to track my order and it was delivered before the time it stated on the tracking order, very impressed.
I wish I had taken photos of me taking the dryer apart and assembling the dryer with a new belt but I did not so I have no photos to upload from my experience.
My Bosch Dishwasher was leaking water and i placed an order for (what I thought was the part I needed). Replaced door seal and did not realize there was another seal that needed to be replaced. The sales person was extremely helpful when I called and made sure the part was being shipped from a distribution center close to my home. Thanks!
Part came fast with instructions to pull the vent to replace thermal fuse. Other sites had you take the drum out! Very easily done threw vent.

The top rack in my new-ish (18 months old) Whirlpool dishwasher was popping off the track because the original part had snapped. Thankfully I found the replacement part at this website, because it was so easy to install (removing the old parts took 5x longer than installing the new), and the quality of the new part is so much better than the cheap plastic OEM part.

I needed a part for my refrigerator. From the schematics on the website it was easy to identify what I needed. There even was a video that showed me how to take out the old part and replace it with the new part. Turned out to be very easy.
PartSelect has a website that is user friendly and easy to navigate. They are very prompt in sending the parts ordered.
Ordered a lint filter for my dryer. Got some kind of oven electrical heating unit. Ok, mistakes were made. But the return process was cumbersome. They wanted a picture. They wanted an order number. There are 3 numbers on the shipping label that have "order" attached to them. I found the right one on the 3rd try, of course. An image showing which number they want would help, but actually, why do you want me to enter that number when I've gone through your own database, found the original order, and am doing the return through that record, which, I hope, would have your own order number attached to it. Then, after doing all that I get a "You'll get an email with further return instructions." Here we are, 15 minutes later, no email. I was hoping to just do this and return the thing today. Again, anyone can make mistakes, but this is a ridiculous return process that is overly cumbersome. Be forewarned.
Update - After several automated emails a customer service rep responded, said they would pass on my concerns to a manager, and simply refunded the amount, saying I didn't need to return the mistakenly sent part. I found that very fair.
Further Update - Two days later I got an email stating that their warehouse DID want the mis-sent part back. They at least sent me a prepaid UPS label to do it with BUT they asked me to write yet another number for their reference on a slip of paper and put it in the box because apparently they aren't actually able to utilize their order and parts database in any useful way.
This has been the worst return experience I have ever had. Bear that in mind if you order from them.
There was a problem with a part and it was addressed and resolved in 1 phone call! Anyone can do right when things go well. A company's true measure is made when something's wrong. They're awesome. I've bought from them for years and will do same no doubt.
I ordered the wrong part and called to ship it back for a refund. The woman ask what was I trying to order. She immediately helped me order the right part and how to ship the wrong part back. She was very helpful and friendly. I will always use part select for anything thing I need.

PartSelect.com is my go-to site every time I need a part for a DIY repair. Recently I needed a knob for my stove, and (for the first time in my experience) they sent me the wrong part. It turns out the manufacturer mislabeled some other knob as the one I needed, and PartSelect customer service was very responsive over email in helping to correct the error. 10/10 would shop again.

Answer: I cannot answer for the company however, as a banker, I see charges come through clients accounts with similar errors and rarely is a small amount like that ever noticed by the company. I doubt they even noticed.
