Placed order on Dec. 10th. Website says ships 24-48 hours. After several online calls ane several "Text Book Responses" which answered none of my questions I finally received the parts on Dec 22. That is 12 days not 2. Needed these parts ASAP to repair my daughters car. Customer Service from Parts Avatar was totally unacceptable.
This is the first time to order parts from PARTS AVATAR. The customer service is very good, and all my requirent was resolved in time. Highly recommend!

They claim parts are in stock and will ship within 24-48 hours. That is not what they do. I ordered five days ago and told me it will take 5-8 more days to ship. I don't believe it. Buyer beware!
