My 5 item order was delivered with only 4 items. Was told an air filter that cost $16 couldn't be delivered unless i would pay $30! WTF is that all about? You offer free delivery on purchases above $49 except for air filters? I'll give Avatar one more chance on a future order and as of today, I've yet to receive my refund for the filter.

Needed to do a front end on my Silverado. Local brick-and-mortar shops needed 3 days to get my parts in and wanted over $600. I had to wait 7 days for the same parts (same brand names and everything) but only paid $270 - delivered to my door. Absolutely worth the extra wait.

Worst customer service ever! I received a damaged part and they made me pay for the return shipping fee. The customer service beat around the bush by accusing me of ordering the wrong item, oooffff it was just headache!
