It took them almost two weeks to ship parts they claimed they had in stock. Obviously that was not true. Communication is very poor and was of absolutely no help to me.

Most of my auto online experiences have stumbling blocks. Partsavatar takes my order, fills it and sends me the parts. I haven't used them enough to know if this is consistant but if the process has started this efficiently, I believe they've streamlined the process and made it seamless. No clunky disorganized warehouses or bipolar desk clerks.
