It took them almost two weeks to ship parts they claimed they had in stock. Obviously that was not true. Communication is very poor and was of absolutely no help to me.

Ordered parts for the wrong trim of my vehicle after being misled by their website. Support argued about everything but the colour of the vehicle as the reason why I ordered the wrong brake parts on a F150 even though the information on their website was wrong. I ended up returning the parts at my expense and being charged a 15% re-stocking fee. First and last time I order from that place.

Fast shipping, ordered remanned big brake calipers, will be getting hardware from dealership (Subaru 4 pot front upgrade unpainted no stickers). This is my 3rd order from these guys and have never had a problem

Most of my auto online experiences have stumbling blocks. Partsavatar takes my order, fills it and sends me the parts. I haven't used them enough to know if this is consistant but if the process has started this efficiently, I believe they've streamlined the process and made it seamless. No clunky disorganized warehouses or bipolar desk clerks.
