I wasn't given the option to p/u the part I ordered online. Paying for delivery was an extra and unnecessary cost added to my order. Otherwise, the service was very good. The part came in excellent condition. Thank you.

Parts were all good, i purchased the brake pads I was recommended by parts avatars agent and they were perfect for what I was looking for on my vehicle. The reason for giving a 4 star instead of 5 is because I wasn't so happy with the speed of delivery. Waiting for weeks for such a large company shouldn't be a norm. I think many customers would be even happier if the company can change their delivery services to being faster.

Overall my experience ordering from Parts Avatar has been excellent, the prices are terrific and so is the quality of the parts. It does take a week or more to get your parts depending on which warehouse they come from so be prepared for that.

I used parts avatar's filter when looking for replacement parts for my car. I selected the right make, model and year. When the parts arrived they were for the wrong year car. I had to pay shipping ($75) to return these items. 3 weeks and 10 emails later (no response from Parts avatar) I got a refund for $200 less than my purchase price with no communication from the company explaining the refund price.
I wanted to keep my business in Canada but with piss poor customer service I'll shop elsewhere.
I lost $275 because of a mistake on their web site

These lug nuts were not urgently needed and therefore the delivery duration would have been fine in almost any situation. I just hope than when a more critical parts delivery is required the same level of service is experienced.

Very good service & quick Delivery. I haven't been able to get the old cord separated from the block heater yet because I can't turn the threaded ring nut that that holds them together. I have noticed that you had offered a cord & block heater together on sale for about $ 62.00 which I might have been better off to order in the first place so I could have replaced them both with-out trying to get them apart but I did not see the ad & now they are temporarily out of stock.
