After many attempts to log into the Parts Avatar web site I am about to purchase the parts I need elsewhere. Somewhere in the last couple years my account got linked to Google. I have not been able to unlink it. When I try to log in I'm told to use the "Google link below" when I click the link nothing happens. This can go on for days before I'm able, by some fluke I can't figure out, to get in. The people on the chat window seem to be unable to help.

I'm not satisfied with Parts Avatar. I purchased a gasket for my Miata and it was back in May, I know its been a while but with everything going crazy now a days I just didn't get the time to install the gasket. When the time came, I went to install the gasket and once again I found the wrong part in the right package. This is not the first time; this has happened 3 time since dealing with Parts Avatar. All I asked for was to get an exchange. Parts Avatar made me send pictures, part numbers, VIN numbers, explanation of the issue, and so on. In the end the response in a nutshell was, to bad so sad to much time has passed we won't help you out with a return. I DONT WANT A RETURN, what part of exchange do Parts Avatar not understand. This is not my fault; I didn't put the wrong part in that package and send it to me. If it was the correct part was sent, I would understand. This is Parts Avatars fault; time has no relevance here; I provided all the proof they needed. Therefore Parts Avatar, as a responsible parts supplier should honor the exchange of the correct part. I also think in a case like this we as customers should be able to speak with human being in customer service no chat or emails back and forth, because this happens to often with Parts Avatar. Dave

Absolutely Horrendous experience with my first order from these guys.
Part arrived 2 days after the delivery estimate, when I wanted to return I had to spend hours on their useless chat with 5 different people for 6 days to finally get an RMA. This company will do everything so they'll piss you off,hoping you'll give up and take the loss.
They didn't want to provide a return shipping label,bringing up some stupid excuse.Absolutely frustrating,don't know where the rating they are bragging about,check their BBS rating -2.3 stars.exactly,that's where they are

Never buy from these people. When they make a mistake, they will never admit it and just leave you hanging. Even if the parts manufacter points out their mistake. Their response our website confirms fit. I don't think they even looked into it.

I have ordered many parts from this site over the last couple years. A week ago I ordered $145.00 worth of parts and yesterday I get an email saying I had to pay another $100.00 shipping for courier i dont see how courier is involved when you ship by mail. I have gotten all other orders shipped by mail to my house with no issues. They need to update thier site to say it's not free shipping they are liars. Thier customer support sucks.

I ordered 2 rear brake disks for a Subaru and got 1 correct disk and 1 wrong disk (for a Honda/Accura) although both boxes had correct part #'s 1 was obviously a front vented disk in the wrong box...so now I'm going thru Hell trying to get correct part I ordered...and No Phone # for help!

Bought a few parts including a couple ignition coils. The parts took a while to arrive and when they did the coils they sent showed up in ripped and taped up boxes. When I opened them it was clear that they had been used, were bent and one had some rust on it. I reached out to their support team immediately and it took over a week and multiple tries from my side to get return info. I kept trying to follow up but the support was atrocious with multiple tries on my side to get straight answers or any direct contact for helping out with my issue. Then after waiting for over 2 weeks since they had received the parts back I still hadn't been reimbursed so again I had to go through their support team to try and get my money back. Finally got it but there was no apology or accountability from their team at all. A very frustrating experience for a simple order.

I ordered 2 CV Axles for my 2006 Chev 1/2 ton the order took 15 days to arrive when I opened it only one axle was there. I looked into it and they split my order into 2 packages the other package hasn't even been shipped and over a week now since first package arrived and tracking shows no progress and literally no customer support so I ended up buying the 2nd axle needed locally and started to install my new axles only to realize that the one that did show up was the wrong bolt size for my pickup and had to buy the another axle locally this is my worst experience with online shopping I only hope returning the axle wont be a problem but I have my doubts
