Accepted the order with free shipping and then tried to get over $50 for shipping!
When I refused just cancelled the order.

This mickey-mouse outfit is getting better and better in what they are doing!
They've sent me a counterfeit parts (confirmed by the manufacturer) and then used every trick to keep the money.

Should be banned from providing service to general public.
Tip for consumers:
It's good as long as there's no problem with an order. If there IS a problem - be ready that you'll be mocked, feel like an idiot and kiss your money goodbye.
First of all, it ALWAYS switches to french although my profile is clearly set to English.
Second, it's pretty much impossible to post a review so if this outfit becomes an accessory to swindlers you can't even warn the others that they will be taken for a ride.
Hope it will be driven out of business soon.
Used to be a fairly good service years ago and now turned into a complete junk!
They don't want to process refund, complicate rules and procedures and you have to spend hours to try to get your $10 out of them!
Definitely wouldn't recommend them anymore!
These geniuses will sell you third party manuals and then claim that they didn't receive your payment. So, if the manual is bad you have to deal with some unknown vendor to whom you didn't intend to pay and they will happily get off the picture!
Don't give business to these fraudsters!
