I asked the CSR if a certain TPMS sensor would fit, they said it wouldn't and gave me a new product. I ordered 4, they sent 16, the part didn't work, and they refused to refund it. This place is a disgrace.

My order 82EF8CDK5 was my 2nd time ordering parts for my car. I ordered on Friday Aug. 4th and was told delivery would be Thur. Aug. 10 - Fri. Aug. 11th. Now I'm not the tied to my phone type so I didn't check my email until Tue. Aug. 8th. That was when I found an email to verify my order. I couldn't believe that this had held my order being shipped. Certainly didn't hold up your billing my Mastercard. Even by Tuesday the 8th it wasn't shipped which now holds up the repair 2 weeks being the next time my mechanic could do it. I have cancelled my order and re-ordered from Rock Auto which still is too late. You made me give you my phone number in case there was a problem with shipping but never used it to call, just sent an email. You won't have to worry in the future about verification as I will never order from Parts Avatar again. Very, very poor service.

I ordered a radiator for my truck and picked the one their website said would fit. I completed the purchase and then it was discovered that it doesn't fit. I tried to stop the order but they said it was too late. I returned the radiator when it was delivered. I messaged for over a month trying to get my refund so I could order the right radiator, when I finally got it they charged me $72.00 restocking fee for their mistake. I have a picture saying it would fit, and they tried to justify their mistake by sending a picture saying it wouldn't fit after the fact. I would have given them less of a rating but 1 star was the lowest.

I was told that my parts would be arriving in 2-3 days, which never happened, I was told to wait a few more days then a month went by and still not all of my parts had arrived? Partsavatar blamed it on Purolator for being late? I had written to Griffin in regards to not receiving one of my parts which was a exhaust muffler hanger by AP EXHAUST - 8196 $9.07 he said that I would receive a refund because there is none in the warehouse. I am still waiting for a refund from Griffin who said that I should have it anytime, that was months ago? I am still waiting to this day. I e-mailed Griffen countless times for my refund?

In October of 2021 I bought a pair of Lift Supports for a 2010 Nissan Rogue. They initially worked fine and were easy to install. Then in February of 2023 they failed and would not hold up the tail gate anymore. I looked up the warranty from the manufacturer (Tuff Support) and saw that it was for two years. These lasted for a year and a half so were within the warranty period. I then contacted Customer Service at Parts Avatar and gave them my order number (7LANC49K9) and explained the situation to them. They in turn replied that they only warranty parts for one year. I then advised them that their own website Warranty disclaimer says that they uphold all manufacturer's warranties and that Tuff Support has a warranty of 2 years. The Customer Service Represenative (Scott) then sent me a link to Parts Avatar's warranty policy and it was the same one I had referenced and wrote again that they only warranty parts for one year. I then wrote to him that there is absolutely no reference on Parts Avatar's warranty policy of one year anywhere in the dialogue. He proceeded to tell me again that they only have a one year warranty policy and then asked me if there was anything else he could help me with.
Scott's writing skills seem a bit lacking in full comprehension of the English language and I suspect that he may be off-shore somewhere. It seems like he was trained to reference a script and not really understand what my issue was concerning. So, to me, it appears as if the Customer Service contact is there to dodge and deflect the customer from getting a real answer or some type of mutual agreement and is simply hiding behind a scripted message and just repeats the same answer. Nor did he offer me an alternative route such as talking to his Supervisor or taking my name and contact information to have a conversation with someone with higher authority. He also did not outline any other procedure I might follow to return these parts for an exchange or refund. My exchange with Scott made me feel like Parts Avatar is taking our money but not accepting any responsibility to help out when actually needed. I am so, so, so disappointed in this whole situation and experience. I am not likely to order from Parts Avatar in the future. As a note to anyone who reads this please ask up front who the manufacturer is and their warranty policy and also ask what the warranty is for the parts you are ordering from Parts Avatar. As the saying goes, "Buyer beware".

So I order a set of low control arms for a car, the parts arrive, and the courier drop some off on the doorstep like normal but unfortunately, it was raining out that day, and the boxes get soaked, and ruined, I needed to return one of the control arms because our car got smashed up and we did not need it. It was still brand new, but unfortunately, the box was destroyed because of the rain parts avatar says they would take it back with a 30% restocking fee out of the goodness of their hearts, but I had to pay for the return shipping so from sale price $90 part I get back $62.80 and it cost me $50 to return it and then they get to sell the part again for full price of $128 plus tax that's a dirty scam and I have bought thousands in parts from this company and I will never buy another part from them again.
