In 2023 if you can't put orders out the door same day or next day, you shouldn't be in the online business. Doesn't help there is no phone number to reach them and you're lucky if you can get someone in the chat...that's hit or miss.

Gary in Customer Service quotes "Company Policy", but when asked to share the policy, tells me that information is "Not Available". Why state there is a policy and then say he can't produce it. Business model is deficient. The willingness of the company to do the right thing for customers is definitely something this company DOES NOT ADHERE TO! I guess the owners are rich enough to not really care. Which seems to be a prevailing attitude with those in Customer service...

First of all, inaccurate website tool which led me to order wrong part for vehicle. Tried to return at pick up location, employee advised me to go through website. After chatting with Kyra for almost two hours Issue has not been resolved. Employee refused to give out head office phone number nor email nor employee Id nor her full name. Absolutely disappointed!

I purchased a replacement exhaust system for our van in March 2019. Now, in April, it needs replacing again. The Walker stainless steel muffler carries a lifetime warranty. PartsAvatar refuses to honour the warranty saying they only support lifertime warranty claims for 36 months. Their website clearly shows the lifetime warranty offered on the product, but no where do they state that they limit warranty claims to 36 months. Extremely deceptive!

P.A. Replied back andstated that Walker Exhaust does not have a lifetime muffler warranty. This is 100% false and inaccurate. I called Walker Exhaust and they told me that the muffler I purchased is completely covered against leaks. The warranty replacement part must be secured from the original, selling vendor which is PA. Walker Exhaust compensates them for the replacement part. The Walker Exhaust customer service person could not believe how badly PA was treating their customers. I wish I could post their reply which clearly states " As per our service agreement, we have our 3 year warranty policy"

I just got off the phone with Walker Exhaust. My muffler #******* absolutely has a full lifetime warranty. Unfortunately for me, the replacement is furnished by the selling vendor, and they(PA) are compensated by Walker. PA refuses to honor the warranty and participate in the replacement process.
I so wish I could post here copies of my correspondence with PA and screen shots from their website and their product descriptions, and posted warranty policy.

As we checked, WALKER USA Muffler And Pipe Assembly carries a Limited Lifetime warranty of 3 years. Unfortunately, your March 2019 order is a 4 years old order now. Hence, we are unable to help you with the same as we have certain limitations too.

The last order was a nightmare that isn't over yet apparently. One bad apple does spoil the whole bunch.
I ordered 2 medium priced rear shocks for an old Ford Ranger. I checked to see if it was enroute, it wasn't. Then I got a message from a Risk Control or Aversion or something that said my order was being held up until I could prove my card was mine---same card I've used for all my other orders. I thought I was being hacked. Trying to find anything out was impossible. Garry said tell them what they want. I still wasn't sure if Garry was a hacker. No information send, no contact initiated except by me and by now I was upset. Then I checked my Mastercard and the order was charged to my account while my shocks were being held hostage. The order was charged a day before the secret credit, that somehow was to reduce risk was deposited. SO --the risky reducers were confident enough to debit my card but not send my shocks. This was a kind of last straw. If you're confident enough to charge my account you damn well better be confident enough to ship the package. I'm not going to refund your.89 cents. You've not sent my shocks. I guess I'll have to have Mastercard reject your charge since it seems my shocks aren't being shipped. I'll give it until the end of the week, Friday the 21st, and if I haven't at least been notified that my order is enroute, I'm cancelling your untimely debit. Talk about a sour taste! I note that false reviews are considered illegal sometimes. So are false charges for items not delivered! As my risk avoidance gang won't send it I, don't have a proof of purchase. Check the debit on my card!

April 10 I place the order 8184KAJ4J for the two struts Monroe/Expert for $160.10 each and paid a total of $361.83.
April 12 Alex M informed me that you are unable to deliver two struts, you canceled the second strut and offered a refund for the second strut ($160.10 + tax =$180.91)
April 21 I got information that my money refund has been "processed".
May 1, when I ask them where my refund is you told me a story about technical issues.
After 17 e-mail exchanges, I did not receive my refund yet.
SHAME. DO I NEED A LAWYER?
They do not provide shipping dates, tracking info or who the shipper will be! Very slow on starting the shipping process. They do not provide any emails to keep you up-to-date on the shipping process.
Well a few days later I did receive an update on my order, tracking info, etc. So it looks like I need to eat CROW!

PartsAvatar shipped me the wrong part. Their solution after a week of discussion, was for me to re-order the part and now pay shipping to receive it. I get to pay shipping now because they filled my order incorrectly - not to mention the multiweek delay in delivery of my part that this has created.
They have done nothing to correct their error. The correct response would have been to immediately ship the part I ordered at their expense. Lost me as a customer.

Partsavatar had been great when it was easy to match part numbers, however their terrible return policy becomes an issue when you order parts that have incorrect OE cross reference numbers, a car compatibility tool that is just simply incorrect and they force you to pay for return shipping AND pay for a restock fee. Lost $75 on a $150 part because they refused to accept liability for an incorrect part description.

I ordered an air filter with charcoal impregnation [as described on their web site] but they sent a plain filter cartridge without charcoal...when I contacted them they argued I got the right part and refused to provide what I ordered and paid for [ a charcoal filter]...they sent a lesser quality part for the same price and refused to correct the issue

I've used the site to order parts a few times and had good experience in all aspects of service. However on my last purchase order I received parts that did not fit my vehicle. I reached out to support and after a days worth of back and forth they determined that it was my fault. Even though both their onsite year/make/model/engine selector as well as my VIN verification said that the parts should in fact fit. Apparently I should have done the work of removing everything, measured the dimensions of parts I was replacing, put it back together then ordered parts that confirmed the dimensions were the same just to do the work again when the parts arrived weeks later. Maybe they're right. Regardless, this is a warning to all those like me who didn't go the extra mile for this company to make sure they send the right parts. You will have to pay to ship the parts back (a gross amount), and they will shave 15% off the top just because someone had to put it back on a shelf.

Their shipping speed is not as advertised. This is the second time ordering from them and I'm already disappointed in their shipping again. Don't expect your parts to leave the warehouse for at least a few days maybe more once you order. Don't use these guys if you absolutely need your parts right away.
