I purchased a "top of the line" Walker Exhaust flex pipe approximately 2 years ago with an idea it was quality, based on price, it would be the right choice. Now today, that exact flex pipe completely blew apart. I find it very odd the original lasted almost ten years but the "OEM" replacement lasts one fifth of the time. Asking for a friend?

It is unbelievable that you cannot help for a part that failed after three months. The fact that it uses electrical components does not change anything many electrical devices have year warrantys and to even try to mention it could be my fault is absolutely unacceptable. Your warranty service is putrid and barley usable for the real world. But I guess you will get more money that way to put in your greedy pockets. You lost a loyal customer today and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone I know never uses your service. You left me stranded 5 hours from home on my only vacation of the year and don't even offer my money back. Zero compassion and a terrible Policy that you keep rubbing in my mouth. Put my vehicle detail. Ordered premium rotors and brakes pad. I received regular rotors and break pad which doesn't even fits my car. Talked to the customer service they didn't admit there mistake and then I have to Shipped back on my own cost 87 bucks. Restock fee they changed me around 30 bucks overall lost 120 dollars. I highly suggest don't order from this site once you get the wrong order you gonna loose money 100% guarantee + time as well. And all the positive reviews are because after you order they want customer to give 5 star so you can get 20 % discount or money back. Negative reviews are the real reviews.

I buy a lot of car/truck parts, typically from Rockauto, amazon etc but I thought I would give Parts Avatar a try and wow they really need to work on their shipping methods. Purolator is a Canada Post (better known as snail-mail) delivery company and it shows. I ordered three parts 8 days ago and I still haven't received it (now a day past their earliest delivery date). That's from Mississauga to Vancouver. I order from Rockauto and it comes from places like Huston in three days, through customs I might add. If Parts Avatar wants to stay or grow in the game they need to change their shipping methods or offer, at additional costs, expedited shipping. I'd give four stars for product options and prices but slow shipping cost them two stars...so only a two star review. :( Work on your shipping PA!

Easy to purchase items, but plan on keeping your purchase as their return policy seem to be extremely the slowest. Many emails and phone calls does not help. They claim they need the ok to return the product to the manufacturer or who ever. My problem is, I feel I bought the item from Parts Engine and they should accept the return and deal with the manufacturer. So from here on I will pass on my opinion when ever I can, posting every opportunity I can find. I will get my money back even if I have to take them to small claims court, just watch me, I am retired and have the time.
So my message is, I will never buy from Parts Engine again and don't advise you to either.

Then on top of them wanting to charge me a restocking fee they wanted me to pay return shipping even though it was their website error. I will not be using this website again. Purchased parts in Feb and guess what...failure within 4mo! Goodluck with warranty, they make you purchase the same part and then return the old one for credit once they get it back. Think about this policy a little, purchased a part that needs replaced, repaired vehicle, part fails with in 4 months, get replaced at local auto shop because vehicle is unsafe to drive. So the answer from Parts Avatar is to make me buy the part that I replaced and then they will credit me back? I don't need the new part, I want the part plus the labor covered to have it fixed. Will NOT order ever again from this website. BE WARNED, the product they are selling is sub-par and the customer service is a joke.

Placed an order for some parts I was looking to get by June 9. I have some time to do some work on my vehicle. I placed an order assuming I would receive it by June 7. June 7 comes around and I find out my order hasn't even shipped yet and won't be shipped for 24 hours and I can expect my items in 5-8business days. This is really bad business practices.

I bought there before, until my latest transaction, every times I verified the compatibility with there tools, and my vehicle, and it said compatible in green, but I don't verified the other description further, so I ordered. Received and doesn't fit, I tried to talk with them by chat they cut the conversation. I ordered the good parts, and they supposed to refund 557.10 +15%, total640.67 they refund only a parts of the amount 544$ no explanation try to contact service ect no answer. I ordered 2 calipers for the front of my car. The right side came with a slide bracket that would not slide. It took a week to get an RMA and then I had to order a replacement. This time I had to pay for shipping, another cost I should not have incurred. This second caliper came with a broken bleeder screw as well as a tapered bolt hole in the slide bracket. The threads do not catch or engage until the very end of the bracket, see attached video. Very unsafe!
PartsAvatar did rush the second caliper to me because I was on a deadline. Unfortunately because it was bad too...
I had no choice but to use my old slide bracket as I needed to get the car to the shop for its Dyno tuning appointment. They are booked up a month in advance.
