I ordered a part for my car which was confirmed by Parts Avatar as a good fit according to the Make, Model and Year.
Shipping time was excellent as the ordered part was received super fast.
Unfortunately, the part did not fit my car. I tried to return it using the "easy returns" claim but found only silence from Parts Avatar staff even though I gave them all the information needed to justify the return.
This is not acceptable when I had trusted Parts Avatar to ensure a good fit for my car.

Have previously had great experiences with PartsAvatar but this time they sent the right brake shoes and hardware but the drums they listed on the website were wrong. The drums that arrived didn't even match each other! Took about a week to get the return sorted out (so I didn't need to pay the return shipping) and to get the new (proper) parts. Was super frustrating because I didn't realize the drums were wrong until I had everything torn down and the new shoes on.

Simple, but my only comment is I wanted to order two rear struts and I had a hard time finding a left hand strut to go with the right hand strut but I eventually found it, would just be nice if they suggested The matching strut on the same page.

Parts Avatar appear to be able to find a number of reasons to ensure parts that don't fit your vehicle was your fault not theirs
The return policy includes shipping parts back at your expense and a 15% restocking charge
So on a 200 dollar part you'll (depending on where you live in proximity to their warehouse) encore a 15% restocking charge which is 30 dollars and 65 dollars in shipping fees, so now it has cost you 45% of your original purchase to return a part to Parts Avatar
Where as Amazon and many other vendors the return shipping is covered by them
